BIOSSOM LAND ZHONGNAN MOUNTAIN VILLGE

Nearly every guest room is nestled in a small, independent courtyard, with mountains on either side, offering stunning views and a beautiful setting. Rooms are clean and hygienic, with smart toilets. The Yunshan series rooms feature two second-floor terraces, and the ground floor houses a living room and hot spring bath. Located within Zhongnan Mountain Village, the hotel is surrounded by a wealth of snacks, and the breakfast buffet is particularly hearty. I'd definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again!

The hotel's location is fantastic, nestled inside Zhongnan Mountain Village. There are running water on both sides, which was a great sleep aid. The included hot spring card was incredibly useful, as we used it twice. The small gift package for the children was very thoughtful: a puzzle, slippers, a toothbrush set, and a small backpack. They also had sweet soup and a snack set!! The fruit gift box was also perfect. The only downside was that the pool and the Chinese restaurant were closed. I hope this will be improved next time. Our overhead shower was a bit leaky. Although I hesitated at first, thinking it was a bit pricey, the better B&Bs nearby are around 600-700 RMB. Without the hot springs, we booked this one. Overall, my family was very satisfied and highly recommend it! The photos below are all original. The white thermos is ours.

Facilities: This 24-year-old hotel has relatively new facilities and is quite good. Environment: It's quite private and close to the scenic area, so the air is pleasant. Cleanliness: I originally booked a room on the second floor. I checked in at 2:00 PM, but there were three large water stains on the stairs, sticky residue on the coffee table, and noticeable stains on the cups. After reporting the issue to the hotel, they only addressed the issues we found. So I decided to check out, but since I was already out and about, there weren't any new hot spring hotels nearby. I had to discuss it with my family and rebook a room on the first floor. Goodnight Sweet Soup: The hotel provided goodnight sweet soup on the day of check-in, and I tasted a little bit of white string. The taste was average, but it's just a gift, so I didn't expect it to be delicious. Service: The overall hotel service was very responsive, and any further issues were addressed in a standardized manner. Regarding the cleanliness issue on the day of check-in, the hotel told me to book a room without breakfast and gave me a breakfast voucher. That evening, after I noticed a white streak in my sweet soup, the hotel suggested it might be from the rock sugar. They promised to have the manager call me that morning to resolve the issue. However, no one addressed the issue after I checked out. I think the hotel needs to prioritize basic accommodation and food hygiene. The next afternoon, I returned to the hotel to find two extra tickets to a nearby amusement park and a plate of fruit. No one explained what this meant. I suspect this was just a way of addressing the food hygiene issue that night. PS: I didn't go and didn't eat the fruit. Suggestion: Overall service quality needs improvement. The service attitude is currently too passive, and they don't address guests' concerns or acknowledge their own service issues. PS: Perhaps they're the only one nearby, with no competition, so they're quite impressive. However, their service doesn't match their price point. Ten hours after I checked out, I received a call from hotel customer service, promising a discount for my next booking. But I'm afraid the same situation will persist. I'd rather go to the Angsana private spa.

Due to traffic, we arrived late. The hotel called twice to inquire and recorded our license plate number in advance for easy access to the parking lot, which was a nice touch. However, it was dark and the road was mountainous, so the navigation destination was slightly different from where we actually arrived. We had to contact the hotel at the parking lot to pick us up by shuttle bus. I think this would have been better explained in advance. The departure gift listed when booking the hotel was not given. The service in all aspects needs improvement.

The hotel is a beautiful setting, a villa-style building with individual courtyards, each with its own private hot spring bath. We visited during the May Day holiday. The drive from Xi'an to the scenic area entrance took 4.5 hours. The two-kilometer drive from the Niubeiliang scenic area entrance to the hotel took 40 minutes! We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM and asked the housekeeper on the way if they had any food. The housekeeper said they had it and could come anytime. We ordered and waited 40 minutes, but the waiter said they were still preparing the food because they only had one chef. Oh well… let's talk about the room cleaning: We stayed two nights in a row. On the second day, we told the cleaning lady we met that they would come early in the morning. We told her again at noon, and again in the afternoon when we left. When we returned that evening, the room still hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the housekeeper again on WeChat at around 6:00 PM, and the cleaning lady finally arrived and did a "simple" cleaning: they changed towels, collected trash, and made the bed. The floors and countertops were not cleaned. I understand that holiday service staff are busy and have a hard time. But I have to say: As a member of the Huazhu Club, this kind of damage to their reputation is a bit outrageous! Holiday room rates are more than double the usual rate, but the service doesn't even come close to matching the price?! Honestly, a good environment doesn't negate other issues. Service is fundamental to a hotel's success. As a Huazhu Club member, have you received any training on how to handle full occupancy during holidays? Should rooms with two consecutive nights be cleaned first? Should the kitchen staff be increased and shifts spread out to accommodate the influx of guests during the holidays? If there's a shortage of service staff, should additional staff be added? Isn't doubling the room rate just about improving service, but simply about making money? We're not just an ordinary B&B that can just do some video marketing; at the very least, we should live up to the brand. The hotel as a whole needs improvement! I understand the hard work of the service staff! No need to call me, I'm being honest.

The breakfast is so bad that it is beyond words. For a hotel that costs nearly 2000, the breakfast is not as good as the breakfast at a budget hotel. I advise everyone not to come here. It is not worth it. You can go anywhere to soak in the hot springs. There is no need to spend this money.
