優點很多，比如景色，食物，都不錯，就不一一列舉了。
缺點就是，冬天大晚上的零下二十度，滿台階的冰，我跟我老公提着兩個二十公斤的行李，艱難上樓，沒人引導，找了二十分鐘，找到房子之後快凍僵了～可怕😟這塊是沒有服務沒有引導的～

房間裝修簡約時尚，傢俱品質一流，空間大氣，坐在沙發裏透過落地玻璃窗，可以瞭望玉湖雪山。零下十幾度，室外白雪皚皚，室內温暖如春。早餐由服務員貼心的送到房間。

槽點：
1，廁所沒有清理，還有上一位遺留的大號
2，淋浴地漏排水不暢，導致洗手間到處是水
3，講好10點送早餐，10點40才送到，下雪+過年期間，情有可原
4，餐廳火鍋，那個牛排和羊排真是一塊都嚼不爛，有條件還是別在這吃了
