當初看了沈騰的節目就想着一定要來。特意在緊張的行程中抽出兩晚住這裏。景色無敵，服務在新疆算是天花板了。
房間很大，各種設施用品都很新，很棒。
唯一一點不足就是早餐種類再多一點就好了。

訂這個酒店的時候看到不少差評，糾結了一會，最后還是決定去住一晚，結果還是令人滿意的。先說優點，訂的是湖景房，房間不僅能看到漂亮的湖景（景觀比觀景台還好），晚上還看到了星河（強烈建議選天氣好的日子入住），房間乾淨還算寬敞，配Dyson風筒，早餐還可以，酒店還送了不錯的騎馬體驗。缺點是價格不便宜，這價位跟房間裝修的用料質量不匹配，肉眼可見的馬馬虎虎的裝修，木地板嘎嘎響，景區內各處都在進行工程，目前還不太完善。

房間看湖景是斜的 還有別的屋子遮擋，沒有展示圖上好看，衞生和服務都對的起五星酒店，到的晚還送了零食和飲料，但至於為什麼到的晚就是我給差評的主要原因，上山去酒店的唯一一條路在封路修路，衹能開邊上的一條泥路，去的時候剛下完雨，是我在新疆整個旅程中開過的最危險的一條路，幾公里的長度，車一直在打滑，底盤磕了好多石頭，好幾次要直接滑到路邊，有這種情況的路酒店也不提前告知，打電話過去問就説沒事的

雖說貴，但是值。給我們是雙床家庭房，很大。昭蘇玉湖很藍很美很治愈。到達當然是雨後天晴，晚上如我所願看到了滿天星星。值在這兒。管家很細心，提醒我們用水方式，注意細節。唯一缺點就是路未修好和早餐太簡單。不過不影響我們看玉湖，騎馬，射箭。小朋友玩得不想離開。管家還送了伴手禮

6月底的玉湖，在陽光底下真的太美了。在這住上一兩天也非常舒服。酒店位置非常好，就在湖邊山上。入住酒店送每人一小時騎馬體驗。入住期間，出現點小狀況，但管理團隊對出現的狀況反應速度也是迅速的，態度也是積極的。最後離店也是帶着愉悦的心情離開。下次來還會選擇入住！
建議 房間陽台玻璃每天擦乾淨，不然有點影響客人拍照。入住須知儘量提前告知客人。

特別值得推薦的一個度假村，首先，那裡的工作人員服務意識強，細節很到位：對就餐客人的善意的提醒，早餐餐品的質量高，房間裏安排的大大的果盤。其次，房間設施齊全且新，觀景視野極佳，是我住過的最好的度假酒店。
