充滿人文藝術氣氛的民宿，文雅不落俗，擺設的很多小細節，看出老闆的用心。十一長假，攜帶一家老小出行，安靜衞生均很可。最讓驚喜的是，民宿餐廳也很好吃，成功抓住我家兩衹挑食娃的胃口。

小院特別舒服，不用出去，小院發發呆，聊聊天就很好。離景區很近，也可以湖邊走走也挺好。特別喜歡這裏的字畫，後來發現很多出自老闆之手。

民宿服務十分貼心，賓至如歸。房間整潔，榻榻米桌子泡茶很方便，茶具一應俱全，覺得經營的老闆是有心人，入住後贈了水果和小零食，我自己帶了紅茶，泡茶泡咖啡，觀景看書，甚是愜意。住在3樓房間，窗外景緻很好。前台入住人員把事情安排得很有條理，餐房服務人員也是很親切。早餐米粉炒很好，粥也好，給配了自製鹹菜和辣椒醬，清爽健康，服務頗有點台灣民宿待客的味道。

環境挺休閑的，在主街的裏面，附近有停車場可以停車，然後步行進入大約5分鐘。民宿外面就是景區，步行2分鐘就到主街。景色漂亮，有餐飲，有蛋糕店，很方便的。
民宿裏面有小花園，聊天方便的，就是房間比較小，步行樓梯比較窄。不過服務不錯的，早餐味道也不錯。

酒店附近有停車場，停一晚店家輸入我們車牌後就不用收費，停好車走過去3分鐘左右，但是那條路市政在維修，都敲爛了，走進去有點臟，攜程上訂房不用給按金直接辦理了入住，店家有3棟房子，我們訂的是看七星巖風景的2個房間
環境：辦理入住前台哪棟房子是好看的，有金魚池，有餐廳，隔離還有小酒吧，我們住的那棟是剛弄的，要走到一條很臭的巷子有幾個後廚垃圾桶的上樓梯，樓梯像是臨時的水泥樓梯很小很陡很窄，帶着小朋友有點危險，房間有個大窗户可以看到七星巖，就衹有這個優點。
衞生：有個房間裏面沒放垃圾桶，問了店家是啊姨洗乾淨沒放進去，搞到我們垃圾衹能自己拿袋子裝，這個後期要培訓好啊姨，細節要做好。
設施：小朋友嘈着看電視，發現電視看不到，店家安排了師傅維修又換了電視，後面發現是網絡不行找電信修，説修好了，晚上回來發現還是沒網絡，但是店家説電信師傅下班了，沒辦法，然後第二天就退房都沒有上到網。每天都要檢查房間設施的情況，這樣會給遊客不好的體驗。
服務：店家的服務態度還是非常好的，顧客有問題會第一時間回覆，也很友善，交談之間也發現工作的啊姨還是很有服務精神。
總體我覺得望山房後期還是把外部環境搞好，因為價格也不便宜，體驗感不好，就不想走進去。再好的服務精神，也吸引不到顧客二次消費。
