第二次來了，距離上次不到一個月，山上空氣太好，這是景區內唯一一家接送的酒店。在鼎湖飛水潭呼吸着空氣中的負離子，其他都可以忽略不計了。前台小姐姐熱情地給升級了房間，服務到位。有空還會來。

來鼎湖山看鳥，定了這家保護區內的酒店。前台很好，因為洪水的緣故打了和多次電話來諮詢修復情況，每次都耐心作答。酒店在山裡，衞生情況不錯，周圍環境也很好，門前的大露台就是觀鳥的好地方。餐廳價廉物美，早餐的淮山瘦肉粥很美味。園內除了去孫中山游泳處的一部分棧道還沒修復完，其他地方基本沒有洪水痕跡了。

入住前打電話給酒店諮詢入住事宜，客服説會給我們免費升級一個二房一廳的房型，把我開心壞了。
結果那天晚上11點到，入住，沒有升級房型，定的圓景房。廁所外面先是走廊，別人都可以看到你裏面的，然後才是圓景。
洗澡的時候，洗澡的噴頭直接飛出，把我嚇到了，我第一次用水管洗澡。
然後空調巨響，我凌晨4點多就被空調聲音吵醒了。
簡單來説，沒洗好澡，沒睡好覺，但是周邊環境可以，這點我認可。

酒店是老國企，就是院士活動中心，房間乾淨整潔，空氣清新。每天的早晚，負離子非常高，讓人感覺頭腦清晰，全身輕鬆，這是一個。清靜身心不錯的地方。

服務非常好，每個工作人員都很友好。旅館雖然在山上，但有電瓶車接送，六點後就不用再買票進去了。很喜歡這裏的設計，有花園有魚池，滿目蒼翠，簡約又雅緻，很知識分子的風格。雖然設施和裝修都有點舊了，但很乾凈很舒服，住起來非常愜意。

環境：鼎湖山中的酒店，比避暑山莊地勢再高一點，離電瓶車站比較近。院士基地，適合多住幾日療養。房間特別安排了長長的晾衣架。
服務：前台幫忙升級到了無敵園景房，房間有兩面都是通透的大玻璃！ 房間裏提供泡茶壺。贈送了桂圓和蘇打餅乾。 酒店附屬餐廳供應早餐套餐和單點。午餐可以點菜，除了魚，其他無需預約。晚餐可以選點餐5點前送到房間或者坐電瓶車去景區外吃飯。酒店的電瓶車是大眼萌藍款，和景區的車區別明顯，司機師傅非常友善。
衞生：床品和布草都很新也很乾凈。
適合消夏，喝茶看書發呆，吸吸氧。聽聽鳥鳴，賞賞山景。
