這次入住體驗：
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️五星好評！
酒店位置很好，雖處於繁華地段，卻鬧中帶靜，對面就是體育中心，到七星巖景區不到2公里，遊玩、購物、出行都很方便！
從踏入酒店的瞬間，就能感受到它的用心，前台小哥哥小姐姐始終面帶微笑，熱情又專業。特別是怡怡和彤彤為我們辦理入住時耐心介紹，退房時的言言和靈靈細心提醒有停車在酒店的要掃停車碼，免費停車。
讓我感到最驚喜的是酒店配有自助洗衣機、烘乾機，都是免費使用，出門在外也能隨時換上乾淨衣物。
早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，用餐環境舒適，帶娃出行，既省心又省力。下次來肇慶玩，還住這兒。推薦推薦👍🏻👍🏻

這個酒店應該是新加盟，但設施沒怎麼換，房間很小，設施很簡陋，衞生也不行，毛巾一大塊污漬，二樓公眾健身房，四樓棋牌室，出入人很雜，但電梯又小又慢又大煙味，還有服務員不到十點敲門説要搞衞生，開門結果説搞錯樓層了，其實就是一個小商務酒店，換了個麗呈的名字價格就漲了差不多一倍；

房間隔音較差，保潔員打掃衞生時，房間裏的抽紙沒有及時補充，茶水包也沒有補充，對於四鑽石酒店這種類型的失誤不應該存在，房客已經交代前台打掃衞生時，順便再多加兩瓶水都沒有給，像這種多要礦泉水的很多酒店都是可以的。

嗯……酒店的整體感覺是“還行”
【位置】地理位置一般，不算好但也不算差，身處居民區，生活設施（便利店/葯店/食肆等等）都挺齊全；離市區景點（古城牆/牌坊等等）都在一公里以上兩到三公里以內，屬於打車有點近，走路有點遠。
【設施】設施沒有什麼毛病，但也不算優秀。絕大部分該有的都有，衹是要注意有些房型沒有冰箱（這個在房間介紹上有寫，怪我沒留意）；房卡上要求你掃碼登錄 wifi（rezen_hotels），掃碼之後又關注又註冊，找了好久總算找到密碼了，但是一直連不上，折騰了一輪才發現要看房間裏面的説明牌，連另一個 wifi（僑邦酒店）；提供智能音箱來語音控制設施（燈光/窗簾等等），但是我們自己的嘗試是時靈時不靈，音箱每次都説操作成功，但好幾次最後還是要自己手動來；電視提供兩個遙控器，但其實衹有一個有效，沒有任何電視台，可以裝 App 但是系統卡得要死，最好還是你自己投屏；有自助洗衣房，不過機器數量不多，遇上節假日需要搶，或者肉身在洗衣房排隊。
【服務】服務人員的態度都很好，每天打掃衞生的人員會幫忙補充耗材（瓶裝水/茶包等等）但不會亂碰你放在桌上/床上的東西；入住的時候前台衹給了我們一張房卡，第二天主動給我們補了一張；小孩子打破了一個玻璃杯，找前台付款賠償的時候前台第一反應是問人有沒有受傷。

五一旅行，一次性訂了5間房，房間更大…地理位置也很好，去那都方便，去鼎湖山半小時，去七星巖10分鐘車程，前台幫我們都升了房間，而且前台美女和阿姨服務都好好，特別遇到一個很好的美女姐姐…就是酒店地毯和沙發建議換一下了，很臟，還有早餐需要提高，四星酒店，早餐確感覺像二三星，品種不多味道不咋滴！
