首先這家酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位很不錯。其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，水龍頭淋浴頭都是配了不錯的品牌，甚至還配了品牌浴缸。洗頭水沐浴露這些都是相當不錯。還有產品也很好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，而且配了羽絨枕和棉花枕兩種枕頭供客户選擇，完全是五星級的水平，服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，房間內也讓人感覺温馨酒店很特別，前台小姐姐服務很棒，前台還有一個服務框，裏面都是日常使用但是很容易忘帶的小玩意，很貼心呀，很加好感度，早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦呀？

房間有兩衹蟑螂，這也衹是我們所能看見，究竟有多少看不見的蟑螂藏在房間裏？被蟑螂嚇到之後選擇掀開枕頭和被子檢查，結果枕頭底下有一根頭髮，後續衹能更換房間。很不巧換房後有個物品遺留在原房間，結果前台服務態度很差，前台説：你們啊 要拿乾淨哇 啊。床單、被套、窗簾都有破洞和抽絲）服務行業不會服務，趕緊倒閉吧

房間環境很差很臭，特別的臭，前台收銀員服務態度惡劣，要求前台換個房間不讓換，説沒房間，平台明明還掛着房間就是不讓換，還沒有一個可以洗頭的噴頭 ，強烈不推薦，房間臭臭臭
