"The most satisfying hotel on my Shanxi mini-tour so far, truly lives up to its reputation as a high-scoring, no-bad-reviews gem. Pros: The stay was excellent. The front desk thoughtfully upgraded me to a floor-to-ceiling window room as a Trip.com Diamond member, and also accommodated my request for a high floor, offering a fantastic view. Plus, it had the high bed I prefer, making for a superb sleeping experience. Suggestions: Since the room already provides two types of shower gel, toner, and even styling gel, adding a body lotion, which is much needed in a dry place like Shanxi, would be an even more thoughtful touch. Cons: The booking page stated that two complimentary tickets to the recreation center were included, but this wasn't actively mentioned upon check-in. As we weren't planning to use them anyway, we didn't inquire further. However, for entitlement-based services, it would be better for the hotel to proactively offer them. Also, none of the hotel staff actively greeted or said hello to guests, which felt a bit out of sync with the hotel's positioning. Overall, these are minor flaws for a truly excellent hotel. Highly recommended."

"The separation of the three areas of the hotel bathroom is really a plus. Many people are not crowded, clean and advanced, and the experience is first-class. You must praise the design of this three-zone separation, practical and user-friendly, clean and refreshing, and you don't want to change it after you live! The mattress is moderately firm, the quilt pillows are very comfortable, the quality of the bedding is super good, and the quality of sleep is directly full."

"This hotel is too cost-effective. We booked a three-bed room and didn't think it was a suite. The hotel feels just renovated, the facilities are very new, the shower space is very comfortable, the basin is open, and the whole house is intelligent, air conditioning, curtain lights are all voice-controlled intelligence. The hotel also included dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was very rich. When I left, the front desk also presented Shanxi Laocheng vinegar as a gift to us. This hotel is recommended."
