距離海邊的沙灘確實很近，唯獨讓人不滿意的是房間的衞生。到處都是所謂的頑固污澤，住的時候一定要自己完整擦一遍，太臟了。可能民宿也就是這個條件。但是相同的價格，在潮州卻住的了非常的酒店。各有差異吧，希望可以提升衞生。

酒店管家服務態度很好，我們不小小打破了房間的杯子，退房了跟管家説，管家第一句話就問有沒有傷到，還叫我們不用賠償，很大氣的美女，酒店房間挺好的，二十幾樓，視野很好，可以看海，住了2天，每天都在陽台喝酒很舒服

房間挺不錯的，設施齊全，位置在景區裏面距離海灘很近，下去游泳回來很方便，海灘很舒緩，小朋友也很放心，管家服務也不錯，入住前管家提前發了定位和入住指引

選擇這家酒店真的很不錯，我們幾個家庭帶孩子過來玩，翡翠灣的海灘特別舒緩，大人很放心在沙灘上游泳，老闆提供了免費的趕海工具給我們挖貝類，還有抓皮皮蝦，小朋友玩得太嗨，回來在路上蹦蹦跳跳摔了一下，老闆娘幫忙買了紅葯水，還有創可貼，非常及時，感謝，過後還一直關心問候。幾個家庭玩得很開心。

房間可以看日出，海邊拍照很出片，靠海的房間浪聲白噪音助眠，房間打掃得很乾凈，通風和採光很好，管家服務態度很好，有問必答。

我們幾個退休來翡翠灣度假，住了好幾天，酒店阿秀給我們當導遊，帶我們去周邊一日遊了兩次，一次去東山島風洞石南門灣一日遊，一日去火山島和海底兵馬俑，龍美灣，阿秀既是酒店也是導遊，服務非常好，人也很可愛，大家來翡翠灣一定要找她。
