1.安排我們住30層 風景不錯
2.不知道30層的房間多久沒人住過去過了 衞生很差 和圖片上的房間完全不一樣 3張1.8m的床其實衹有兩張 問了也不正面回答這個問題 懶得找酒店就直接住了 圖片也忘記拍了
3.房間內設施極差 熱水壺沒有 吹風機沒有 空調遙控器也找不到幾個 空調漏水情況嚴重 服務員過來的速度很慢
4.要出門的時候發現門鎖壞了 修了很久才出去
5.景區內需要多次收費 這個商家沒有提前告知 我看了評價 之前已經有人反應過這個問題 但商家沒有改 不知道怎麼説
6.本來一家人高高興興出門 住的差真的糟心

距離海邊的沙灘確實很近，唯獨讓人不滿意的是房間的衞生。到處都是所謂的頑固污澤，住的時候一定要自己完整擦一遍，太臟了。可能民宿也就是這個條件。但是相同的價格，在潮州卻住的了非常的酒店。各有差異吧，希望可以提升衞生。

酒店管家服務態度很好，我們不小小打破了房間的杯子，退房了跟管家説，管家第一句話就問有沒有傷到，還叫我們不用賠償，很大氣的美女，酒店房間挺好的，二十幾樓，視野很好，可以看海，住了2天，每天都在陽台喝酒很舒服

房間挺不錯的，設施齊全，位置在景區裏面距離海灘很近，下去游泳回來很方便，海灘很舒緩，小朋友也很放心，管家服務也不錯，入住前管家提前發了定位和入住指引
