Very nice hotel. The lady in the reception was very kind, and even called her english speaking husband since we had a lot of questions regarding visiting the national park. They were super helpfull end helped ud plan a very good program. The room were nice. A bit of a walk up the stairs to the 5 th floor for us - but we new that booking the room;) Would definitely recommend this hotel. The area was super nice as well with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very close to tianmen cable mountain and many foods vendors around. Owner is helpful and gave me room upgrade. Recommended. Room is clean and have all amenities.

I stayed for two and a half days, while check in I asked if its possible to book tours to the national park and the heavens gate. They planed my entire 2 1/2 days and showed me on a map where to go and which bus I have to take, the service couldn’t have been better! Thank u very much for these wonderful days with so many breathtaking views!

The location is perfect near to the departure points of the main attractions. The staff is friendly and speak English. Clean and cozy. I highly recommend.

Great location, 1 minute walking from the cableway! The room is perfect according to its price! The owner doesn't speak a word of English but is kind and always smiles!

Lovely little hotel, very close to the Tianmen cableway. It's an eccellent starting point to visit the Mountain. An extremely kind guide working for the hotel helped me booking everything for Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National park and even accompanied me to take the bus when I was leaving. Excellent service!!!

I had a pleasant stay. It's very near the cable car and there are lots of places to eat all around it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location to hike Zhangjiajie and Tianmen, room has all the basics and the staff were really nice, helpful, and responsive to a small issue we had (the kettle wasn't working).

Nice location close to Cable car. Good value for your money. The room was a bit outdated.

The location is great and many restaurants and attractions are nearby. The room is great but the Washroom is not great for bathing, the water doesn't drain properly and makes a pool. Also, it is 5 floors and you have to climb stairs with your luggage. Owner is helpful and showed me book tickets.

Hotel was lovely, our room was so comfortable and a nice space. Bathroom was good, shower hot! The host gave us really good advice about the national park and the routes we should go, as well as showing us which buses to take to get there. Also - they had a washing machine we were able to use, so helpful! The location is great, it was so easy to get public transport to the national park, the train station etc. there’s loads of good places to eat nearby and also supermarkets and street food. Thank you!

I recommend you definitely this hotel. The location is good, you are at 5 minutes to walk at Tianmen mountain and there is food merchants in the street of the hotel. The personnel is really nice, I was embarrassing with a problem for my passeport and they help me directly.
