We liked our stay a lot! Very cosy place with a good location. 20 minutes walking to the entrance of the park, quiet next to the river and food places close by. We appreciated the help of the staff for planning the visit to the national park and for giving us a cup of local tea when we got back.

Super happy to have chosen this hotel during my stay in Wulingyuan. Great facilities and everything super clean. For me, the best thing was the service of the reception girl who even arriving before my check-in time gave me the room and explained absolutely everything about my itineraries in the Zhangjiajie forest park. So cute that she even gave me breakfast and a coffee 🥰

This place feels like home. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The view of the river and mountains from the comfortable bed is absolutely stunning. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful – she assisted us with the park tickets and many other things. Breakfast is delicious, offering a nice mix of Chinese and Western options. We were completely happy and would have loved to stay much longer. Best hotel so far in China. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in China. Beautifully located near hiking trails and a river. The highlight of our stay was the staff - incredibly friendly, hard-working and always ready to help with planning hikes, making tea or coffee, and serving delicious food. I stayed here with my Family and 2 kids . The stay was very comfortable and the owner and care taker ( she is the one women army) very kind, helpful and supported us in every aspect of our stay. She planned our trip plan very well which helps us to save lot of time and cover many places. Even in breakfast she took special care based on our requirement. And very special Thanks to the owner for preparing Dinner specially for us after back from exhausting day. Overall it was pleasant stay perfect hotel for family and every tourist. This place had the best hospitality I’ve experienced yet in china and ive been to some very amazing places! So many pros- views, room size, information from the staff, location. They put a snack and starbucks coffee in my room every day im so grateful for. Only complaint would be that the bed is really hard but besides that it was perfect

The owner contacted us proactively from the moment we made the reservation and sent us a detailed transportation guide and local guide. We were personally greeted upon check-in and were as enthusiastic as an old friend! They take very good care of the elderly and children. It is a soulful homestay. Five-star reviews are the upper limit for Ctrip, not for this homestay. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room is clean and spacious, the view outside the window is beautiful, the kids are very satisfied👍 The boss kindly helped us arrange the Zhangjiajie travel route, the private attractions are great! He also recommended restaurants and stores without reservations, I will definitely visit again next time!

The introductions were all very comprehensive and detailed, and we felt very safe. There are too many small details that I want to mention but can’t. In short, he is a very good person! I like the decoration style of the B&B, which reveals the exquisite feeling of slow life everywhere. It can be seen that the owner has spent a lot of thought on the decoration of the environment. I like it! The decoration style of the room is as warm as home. The tissue paper, shampoo, shower gel, and laundry detergent are all commonly used brands at home. It feels especially like being at home and very comfortable. The boss said that the room upgrade and free breakfast were all small things, and he was very straightforward and open-minded. If time was not limited, I would really like to stay here for a few more days. Next time I come or my friends and family come to Zhangjiajie, I must recommend staying here!
