Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Cableway Station) Reviews

The hotel is at a very convenient location to go to 天门山 and is about 18mins car ride away from the zhangjiajie west railway train.

Room is spacious and clean, comes with breakfast buffet which is great for early travellers, location is near to bus station for attractions bus accessibility, convenient store is nearby so no worry on groceries, tianmenshan ropeways cable car is within 10mins walking distance. The only downside and improvement needed is: 1. guest laundry dryer is not working perfectly and maintenance is require. 2. Only one elevator to support hotel guests thus needs to allocate more waiting time during outing. Overall, it is still nice place to stay and I definitely will stay here again on my next visits 😊

Everything was great. The hotel is next to the bus station where you can get the bus to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 15-minute walk from Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Room was really nice and clean. Just be prepared to wait couple of minutes for the elevator.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. I stayed 3 nights. The self-service laundry is a plus. Location is good to visit tianmen Mountain and zhangjiajie National Park. Breakfast, not many options for westerns, not even coffee or cow milk.

Really good location to visit park Tianmen by cable car or taking bus to South gate of park. Breakfast very good. Drying and cleaning machine available free. Gym w low amenities.

Clean and modern. However, the cigarette smoke is overwhelming, and you would smell it in the room from people smoking from other rooms/other floors. The room AC didn't really work, the cooling would come on and off, it became really hot in the morning. The staff are lovely, and helpful, it is just a shame about the AC and the smoke. Location wise, it's pretty good. However, still a distance to walk to the tianmen cable car ropeway. The dryer in the laundry room does take a while and a few cycles to dry.

AC was centralised, the room was stuffy and hot. Tried opening the window, but became so smelly of cigarette smoke and noisy.

Superb location. Cozy and clean rooms. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel can arrange tickets for Zhangjiajie park, glass bridge, etc. with a discount.
