Clean and well organized, however the shared bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor. The area was nice and the rooms were well kept. Highly recommend!

Very clean hotel and room, the location is perfectly closed to the railway station. Everything is brand new and works perfectly. Just a misunderstood about the room but the owner was really nice and tried her best to made the things sort it out 🙂

The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located 5-10mn walk from the high speed railway station.

The room is simple and functional, though it’s worth noting that it features a squat toilet, which may be less comfortable for some Western travelers. On the plus side, the location is excellent, just steps from the station. Be aware that the entrance can be a bit tricky to find, as it’s tucked away in a garage area.

Room was small but fine...nice wee view. Great option of you've got an early train the next morning as I did. Location was tricky to find, you go into the underground carpark and upnthe elevator...a random on the street helped me. Walking distance to that famous building...along a nice path you can walk along. Restauratns and corner store close to the hotel.

We Ve book the accomodation in a hurry and didn't realize it didn't had private bathroom. That wasn't a big problem since it was for just a night, in the morning we had train to catch. The problem was the unclean wc, it was horrible, the tube inside all dirty and disgusting. The public wc at the train station are cleaner. I don't recommend..maybe with private bathroom is cleaner, I don't know The location is hard to find on your own. We had luck to ask someone on the street and to take us there, but late in the night I think it's difficult to find if no one is passing by

Location to the entrance to the hotel was not clear from outside. You have to enter underground carpark and access lift to second floor, but there is no signage for people who do not read/speak Chinese so it was hard to find at first. It was a good stay overall. The bed was VERY hard though. Nice cold air conditioning, lady at the reception was nice. The key card for my room expired every day so I had to get it renewed at the reception which was a little inconvenient but not really a huge problem. Nice views from the room. There is no toilet tissue provided and no toilet hose so that could be improved

Room is about 15mins walking distance from ZJJ west station. Very conveniently located if you are taking early train to city like Chongqing. Room was clean, new and comfortable. Lady boss upgraded my room to one with attached toilet. Very nice of her. It’s located at one of the condominium block. Enter from the carpark, keep right to the lift lobby and take to level 2. I took public bus 17 to 72 奇楼 for dinner. Took me only abt 10mins. Will come back again!

The hotel is impossible to find you have to ask locals for help otherwise no chance. The room was WITHOUT a toilet or a shower which wasn’t mentioned anywhere before check-in. When we wanted to upgrade the „24/7“ receptionist wasn’t available. Finally made it to a western styled bathroom which costed 1,5 times more. It still didn’t have toilet paper or hand soap! The beds were really hard and not comfortable. Room service wasn’t existing and we didn’t even get fresh water. Another problem was the room card. Both nights it wasn’t working and we needed to look for the „24/7“ receptionist to activate it. I would definitely NOT recommend staying there if you wanna enjoy your time!

Great location if you arrive late at night by train or need to be close to the railway station. Very clean room. To enter the hostel you need to go through the parking lot which can be confusing. Would totally recommend!

The main asset of this hotel is to be located near the Zhangjiajie railway station, about 10 min walking distance

The hostel is within easy walking distance from the train station. The room although small is clean and comfortable, the owners especially the granny auntie is very helpful and friendly giving tips on how to take bus 17 to the various tourist destinations like 72 places, Tianmen mountain cable car. They have a variety of different rooms, Very suitable for all kinds of travelers !
