家庭房算大間，內部環境很乾淨看得出打掃人員的用心，店家有提供洗烘衣服的服務重點是完全免費，這倒是讓我很意外，唯一可惜的是冰箱制冷不足，了解後說是環保冰箱沒有壓縮機的，有東西須要冰的話，可以告知櫃台請人員協助

第二次入住員林紅樓，這次跟櫃台換了另一個房型高樓層；浴室有浴缸、插座有usb直接充電線就可以手機充電；房間寬敞乾淨、空調可溫控；太累、可惜了這次還是沒有去餐廳吃早餐-⋯⋯
