衹提供有一次性面巾和浴巾，沒有地巾，穿着酒店提供的脱鞋去衞生間洗漱，差點滑倒！也不提供抽紙l建議老闆增加地巾，這也是為了住客的安全，對你們也有好處。增加抽紙提供，沒有多少成本增加，但是能提高酒店的檔次！宗心希望酒店提高服務細節，讓遊客更加滿意，對貴酒店也會提高口碑，提升業務量。
