The room was clean and about the same as a budget hotel. People say Huiting and Huanpeng are on the same level, but in my opinion, it's far behind. It can't even keep up with the first-tier budget chains. There's no value for money. The service is terrible. It feels like a single store. Anyway, I won't stay there again. Judging by the results, this hotel is always bad.

The worst Hilton. Everything is terrible. **First place. First, parking is at an intersection. The parking lot doesn't go directly to the basement; you have to go around. Then, only one of the two elevators was open. After checking in, I had to wait ten minutes for the elevator, which was incredibly slow. It took one minute to get from the first floor to the 11th floor. The free coffee pods in the room had no production date, and the pods in the coffee machine hadn't been cleared from the previous guest. The sunshades didn't cover the windows. I wasn't told which floor breakfast was served at check-in, and I had to ask in the morning. The robot delivering items was only 1.5 meters from the door, and I had to bring my room card to get them. It was hilarious. During check-out, a receptionist entered my car number in the basement garage, and another waiter was there, telling me not to go to the bar (which is an open bar). It was obvious the waiter had entered the wrong number. If I didn't go into the bar and explain, what else could I do? The worst Hilton. It's a bad impression of Zhangbei. The room was nice, with a free upgrade, and the parking was excellent, so I give it 5 stars. However, the hotel facilities were average. The wifi required a phone verification code, which was difficult to set up on an iPhone, which delayed me for quite a while. There were also minor issues with the windows and bathroom door. Overall, it was okay. It's a good place to stop if you're planning to visit the Grassland Sky Road. Dining and shopping are also very convenient nearby.

1. The front desk was indifferent. Someone in the laundry was washing sneakers. I reported this to the front desk, but they said they couldn't help me. The laundry line was long, and they offered no help. (There were four front desk staff, all idle.) 2. Poor sanitation (p2-p4). The solution was to cancel the Ctrip booking and pay at the front desk. 3. Breakfast started at 7:00, but many dishes weren't served by 7:30 (p1).

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, automatic curtains, self-service ordering, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, all of which are my favorites! The environment is also great! It is also very convenient to eat downstairs! The best choice for travel!

I frequently stay at Hilton hotels; they're a familiar and reassuring experience. I have one suggestion for the Hilton Garden Inn Zhangbei: the passageway between the underground parking garage and the lobby isn't barrier-free. This could be addressed with software and management, but your security is atrocious, seriously undermining the hotel's image and service quality! This morning, as we were closing our room door and heading to breakfast, a security guard approached, stared at us for a few seconds, and asked where we were going. Your proactive, witty, and humorous approach to Home2 has left a lasting impression on me!
