1.前台態度淡漠，洗衣房有人洗球鞋，反饋給前台，前台説沒有辦法，洗衣服排隊時間長，前台也不幫忙。（四個前台，全閑着）
2.環境衞生差（p2-p4）解決方案就是將攜程訂單取消，前台付款。
3.早餐七點開餐，七點半好多餐品未上（p1）

去年夏天住過一次，趕着夏天旺季營業，邊營業邊還有施工，房間也有各種問題，除了有新裝修的味道，整體衞生還在線，因為新的所以比較乾淨。今年夏天又來住了，臟的讓我無語，房間地板上頭髮，紙屑，牙線…各種垃圾，枕頭和被罩，床單上面都有臟東西，不知道沒換還是沒洗乾淨，房務再來打擾也是拿個粘的那種滾筒，這滾一下，那滾一下拉倒了，早餐的衞生也是讓我刷新認知了，每個盤子都有水，盛粥的碗更不用説了，有水，還有沒洗乾淨的臟東西在裏面泡着。前台做房卡也是有意思，兩天的房，就給做一天的房卡，做一天也就算了吧，早晨還沒到退房時間房卡就不能用了，還得再去做一次，到第二天，還沒到退房時間呢，房卡又不能用了，還的再去刷一次…
非常不推薦這家，衞生堪憂

房間很乾凈，服務人員態度很好。
最差的是酒店餐廳的中午菜品，與希爾頓品牌不符，但提出菜品問題？酒店做退款處理了。
