Julen Hotels in Zermatt

The suite was upgraded, it was very touching, and I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was delicious, very special, and the service staff was very enthusiastic. Finally, I said that the luggage was delivered to the train station at a good time to meet us!

We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a 4-star hotel, owned by the Julen family, which has four hotels and three restaurants in Zermatt. A piece of lambskin is provided on the outdoor chairs. The hotel has hot springs and saunas, but you have to go naked. I have never enjoyed men and women bathing and sauna together in Japan, but I have enjoyed it in Switzerland. I would feel embarrassed if I didn't go naked because everyone else was naked. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. You can squeeze orange juice yourself, and there are many kinds of dried meat, cheese and butter to choose from. You can also order omelets, fried eggs, waffles, etc. The boiled eggs are also cooked just right, and the yolk is runny. Be sure to drink Swiss milk and ask the waiter to provide hot milk, which is very fresh and rich in milk fragrance.
