Only parking was not convinient.
Parking too far and hotel entrance is in behind street was very narrow .

Nice hotel, clean spacious room , good food, friendly staff, central location within the town. Their English is better than my German. I'm a picky eater but always found something to eat,just ask. Tourist information daily at your breakfast table with things to do in the area.

Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning when staying in the summer. This may be uncomfortable on hot days. Overall I would highly recommend and we plan to return in the winter months

Wonderful in every aspect!
Wow!! We only stayed at Hotel Zum Hirschen for one night in room 346, but we did not want to leave and wished we could’ve stayed longer. This hotel is fantastic, great staff, great food, nice bar, a lovely little pool and the saunas. The rooms are incredible, spacious enough to stay for an extended period as they are like mini apartments. The bed was amazing and the pillows so soft. The room was quiet, cool and dark. Slept like a baby 💤
We were able to park our motorcycle in the adjoining covered garage. Reception ladies both lovely and friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of hot and cold dishes.
We could not fault the hotel on any level, clean and spotless, with pleasing decor. We want to come back and would highly recommend.

The hotel is very welcoming, warm and friendly greetings. The room was very spacious and spotless. Bathroom modern and the shower powerful. Bed was very comfortable. Food both at breakfast and dinner very well prepared and tasty. The crowning glory though has to be the staff. They are friendly and helpful, nothing appeared too much bother. Vasco our waiter was engaging and entertaining with great humour. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Wonderful 👍

This is a delightful hotel on the edge of the little town of Zell am see. My room, with a balcony, was large and very comfortable, with a sofa. desk and chair as well as a huge bed. The room was cleaned every day by delightful girls. Service throughout the hotal was excellent, and one felt that the staff were pleased to get to know their customers and make sure they had the right drink etc. Food was delicious, with a very extensive Buffet breakfast and a four course Dinner. Because the town is mostly pedestrianised it is easy to wander down to the lovely lake, about 5 minutes walk. There is the option of boat trip on the lake which is lovely. There are plenty of restaurants serving local specialities. I would totally recommend the Hotel for a very pleasnt stay with a nice family atmosphere.

From moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Amazing breakfast buffet with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Ate in the evening twice, food superb. Couldn't fault the hotel

We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. It is well placed for exploring both the lake and the mountains and has good transport networks close by. It is next to the main road which can be busy during the day. Was it a problem? Not at all. The food was great and plentiful and tasty.The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were efficient and helpful and a real joy. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them, they were kind and helpful. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Hopefully I will be back soon.
