Nice hotel, clean spacious room , good food, friendly staff, central location within the town. Their English is better than my German. I'm a picky eater but always found something to eat,just ask. Tourist information daily at your breakfast table with things to do in the area.

The hotel is very welcoming, warm and friendly greetings. The room was very spacious and spotless. Bathroom modern and the shower powerful. Bed was very comfortable. Food both at breakfast and dinner very well prepared and tasty. The crowning glory though has to be the staff. They are friendly and helpful, nothing appeared too much bother. Vasco our waiter was engaging and entertaining with great humour. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Wonderful 👍

This is a delightful hotel on the edge of the little town of Zell am see. My room, with a balcony, was large and very comfortable, with a sofa. desk and chair as well as a huge bed. The room was cleaned every day by delightful girls. Service throughout the hotal was excellent, and one felt that the staff were pleased to get to know their customers and make sure they had the right drink etc. Food was delicious, with a very extensive Buffet breakfast and a four course Dinner. Because the town is mostly pedestrianised it is easy to wander down to the lovely lake, about 5 minutes walk. There is the option of boat trip on the lake which is lovely. There are plenty of restaurants serving local specialities. I would totally recommend the Hotel for a very pleasnt stay with a nice family atmosphere.

From moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Amazing breakfast buffet with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Ate in the evening twice, food superb. Couldn't fault the hotel

Genuint hotell med perfekt läge Fint hotell med bra pool (mest uppskattad av barnen) och bastu och toppenläge nära CityExpress-liften. Frukosten var utmärkt alla dagar och de tre middagarna vi åt likaså. Kan verkligen rekommendera! Två små förbättringsområden: Osköna kuddar och avsaknad av hygienprodukter (schampo/balsam/lotion).

We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. It is well placed for exploring both the lake and the mountains and has good transport networks close by. It is next to the main road which can be busy during the day. Was it a problem? Not at all. The food was great and plentiful and tasty.The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were efficient and helpful and a real joy. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them, they were kind and helpful. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Hopefully I will be back soon.

Never again! Was a very bad experience for us for many reasons, will never book this hotel again: 1) there are many bars under the hotel, so it’s so noisy and you would not be able to sleep till 3:00 am due to the people shouting and screaming all night. Closing the windows was not an option as there is no AC !! 2) towels were smelling bad. 3) no parking available for the car, u less you pay 15 Euro every day!! 4) very poor breakfast. 5) old furniture. On the other hand, the staff were friendly.
