Lovely hotel with a sea view. The car park has ev chargers, so we could charge the car overnight. Daily cleaning service. The swimming pool was great fun. Staff were friendly.

Only stayed for one night as we were heading to IJmuiden for the ferry. Wasn’t expecting much for the money - and having experienced Center Parcs before - but the property seemed pretty tired. The bed was comfy but pillows a bit smelly; toilet needed airing as it smelt quite badly of drains. No particular issue on hygiene or cleanliness but definitely due a refurb. I don’t think I’d enjoy spending a few days of holiday here

Room was spacious and clean. Amazing amenties. Went swimming in the pool and had a wonderful time. Pool has secured lockers just make sure to bring a towel from your room. Would recommend and return.

They don't tell you it's a playground for children when you are booking.

The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic!
The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came up.

For the price we paid to stay here it was very good for what we needed for for stay. However, I wouldn’t have wanted to pay that much more. Our room did have an epic beach view, it has a good location to access the beach and the beach restaurants. We were racing at Zandvoort circuit which made the hotel an excellent choice and we would return. Breakfast was good in the hotel. One morning we left for the circuit too early for breakfast which was originally a disappointment, however they made us a packed breakfast which was excellent. We didn’t use other facilities, so can’t comment.
