"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic with beautiful gardens and well maintained pool. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. However this is where the positives end. In my opinion the Hotel does not merit its 4 star. rating. The rooms are seriously in need of upgrading. The bathroom window was broken and would not remain open. The hole in the bathroom door is the result. The television is a joke with the smallest screen so watching it in bed is impossible. The food although plentiful is repetitive and completely DIY. No condiments available on the assigned table . When I asked the waiter if I could have some salt and pepper he pointed to the large salt and pepper grinders situated by the hot food counter. This area is completely congested by people plating up their meal No attempt by waiter to help. I gave up as I found it impossible to carry a plate and use the salt /pepper grinder. The waiters only job was clearing the plates from the table and twice he attempted to remove my plate before I had finished eating. There were several people around us using walking aids who must have found meal times a challenge . So disappointed by the lack of service ."

"The structure is wonderful with an amazing view of the Aeolian islands: spacious rooms furnished with extreme taste and everything you need in a modern style. The exceptional courtesy products, we purchased them and also took them home. Order and cleanliness both in the rooms and in the external spaces are a constant. The resort is not huge: definitely suitable for relaxation and couples or families (but not numerous because at the moment they only have a quadruple room). Superlative welcome and great attention to both young and old customers from all the staff, special mention to Ilenia who fell in love with our daughter ;-). Customers can use the reserved beach: it can be accessed either via a short downhill walk of a few minutes or with the shuttle service which is extremely efficient. The restaurant (the only option at the moment for the hotel for breakfast, lunches and dinners) is directly overlooking the sea under a covered structure but open on the sides: wonderful!!! the proposals are tasty and carefully prepared, for lunch you can also have the pizzeria service: this is also very very good. The menu, although delicious, is not very varied if you stay for several days. Unfortunately, if you are not lucky with the weather, the beach and restaurant are a fragile point: we had several days during our stay of stormy weather and wind and this made the beach and sometimes even the restaurant impassable. We took advantage of it to discover the beauties of the place but it is certainly a note worth mentioning. I must underline, however, that they are constantly working to make the stay as comfortable as possible and the project is to build a swimming pool in the upper area and another restaurant precisely to resolve these current fragilities. For all these reasons I still give 5 dots and not 4 because despite the objective limitations, we had a wonderful holiday. We recommend it and the idea is also to return."

"We stayed in this structure for 9 days from 9 to 19 June, an unforgettable experience, a very beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment, a swimming pool and a hydromassage in front of the sea with a view of Tropea on one side and Stromboli in front! A special thanks to the two guys who managed the structure, Chiara and Francesco, always available and very attentive to our every request, delicious breakfasts and unforgettable aperitifs at sunset with local products. We highly recommend this structure for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely return."

"We had a good time, the hotel is quite large, modern facilities, very friendly staff. Soft but very nice animation. I would have preferred more choice at lunch and dinner and then there was little fruit and few desserts. This is an aspect that needs improvement. The sea is truly spectacular. It's really worth it, you can reach it either on foot or via the very convenient shuttle. I recommend bringing beach shoes. Lots of choice of excursions to do. Given the proximity to Tropea (about 10 km) I would have expected at least one weekly excursion for those who don't have a car. However, they have a "taxi" on request that offers this service. Overall I recommend it and we plan to return."
