Best hotel I have ever been. Amazing staff and wonderful rooms. Breakfest was also tasty.

Had a great stay at the Sheraton. Room was spacious and gym and other facilities were great. Location is relatively close to the bus station but a bit of a walk from the Old Town. Great breakfast in the morning, although the machine coffee taste was not great.

Great location, walking distance to all the major sites. Very helpfull staff and pleasant environment

The worst 5 star hotel ever. Help desk from in room phone was terrible terrible. We just asked for toothbrush kit one time at 13:pm, second at 6 pm ( this time the service line even hanged me), third and forth time at 7 but no answers! ! It is so bad. Then we came out and went to complain. And ran into cleaning clerk and got what we need. So absurd.

The hotel is good. Pros: good breakfasts. Very friendly and polite staff. Large rooms. Good firm mattress, comfortable beds. Small minus: some places are not quite clean. Total: good hotel for the money. I recommend it.

The bedding is really soft and comfortable. The room condition is great and the location is great too! Domino's Pizza right in front is really delicious :) And the swimming pool and sauna are the best! The sauna was so nice! The swimming pool was a bit murky and had a dark atmosphere indoors, but it was big and nice! I want to visit again :D

Good location! Good price. Big comfortable beds, twin beds. The only negative was that a lot of the lamps, hangers etc. were hanging crooked.

It was the best place I stayed during my trip to Croatia! It was close to both the bus terminal and the train station The condition of the accommodation was very clean. Everyone was friendly..

Although parking is charged, it is very convenient and close to Zagreb's famous attractions. The price is also very affordable, but I was a little disappointed that there was no small refrigerator in the Sheraton room.
