The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

Check in took excessively long they had the chance to pre-check as in as we were seating at the restaurant. Food was good and restaurant staff efficient. Decent breakfast

Very bad check-in experience. I checked in at 10pm. The front desk was not busy at that time. There were no other guests when I checked in, but the whole check-in process took nearly 30 minutes.
During this period, no one had any polite greetings. The man at the front desk was very arrogant and answered my questions in a cold tone, a bit like customs enforcement. He even made a mistake in my reservation and charged me an extra 100 euros.
