HI Hostel Zadar

The hotel is not in the old town, but on the beach. You can walk to the beach to swim. The bus to the old town is also next to the hotel (next to the newsstand). Generally speaking, the transportation is convenient. There is a direct bus to the bus station. It costs 7 euros to take a taxi. The hotel facilities are very poor. This room is not even as good as a rural guesthouse in China. There is an air conditioner but no air conditioner remote control. There is a small fan in the room. There is no hair dryer or shower gel. The bathroom is very small, and the bath water can't flow down. There is a drain under the sink, so it's better to stand on the sink to take a shower. The room is very small. The window can't be closed, and there are mosquitoes. There is a light when taking a shower at night, and mosquitoes come in along the light. The sound insulation effect is not good. The room is quite expensive for one night. This broken hotel invites me to stay for free, and I won't come a second time. I have to check out at 10 o'clock, which is a rip-off and not cost-effective.

I have stayed at this hostel many times. It's clean, safe, internet works, shower is good, the bed is so-so. The location is good, it's close to the beach, there's a bar in front, to go to the center there's a bus stop nearby, Uber is cheap in Zadar. The service is always very kind and the breakfast is delicious, I recommend it, I've taken friends there, and I always come back
