The property is in good shape it is located 15 min away the downtown walking the only thing I will suggest is to have staff 24/7 improve your communication the WhatsApp number takes a long time to reply, and have more options for breakfast. Other than that it’s it was good

servicio muy básico, el desayuno abría a las 9 eran 9:30 y aún no tenían nada listo y teníamos una reservación para actividades a las 10, no nos dió tiempo de desayunar tuvimos que ir a un restaurante, la habitación tenía una ventana muy pequeña que daba a un pasillo

Buen servicio en el hotel desde que llegas, muy tranquilo y el desayuno lo preparan al instante y está a 10 minutos del centro de Zacatlán , un hotel rústico y muy acogedor, se los recomiendo para un buen fin de semana. Ponen una cobija extra por si pasas frío.

Está decorada de forma acogedora, tiene espacios para disfrutar de una buena lectura, escuchar música y disfrutar de la convivencia familiar. Me gustó el rico desayuno casero. Y la cálida atención de las personas que administran y mantienen limpio el lugar.
