It is a pretty old fashioned hotel but the location is pretty convenient. It is next to big malls: Galeria, and Platan. The staff are also very patient and helpful. We borrowed an adapter and the staff also helped me to change to a new room upon my request. Will stay here again when I visit Zabrze again.

The location is OK. It was originally a transit place. The check-in time was very late and could not be advanced, which was very inconvenient for us, but the staff was very friendly and helped to store the luggage. The breakfast was just so-so, very so-so. There is a supermarket nearby.

Hotel was exactly as expected it’s a 2 star property It has easy parking Reception and bar clean and tidy Room as photos on website. Standard double bed Tea and coffee provided but the paper cups aren’t great. Shower heat and pressure very good.

Liked: - nice location (close to the mall, mcdonalds, bus&railway station) - staff is nice and friendly Disliked - rooms and bathrooms look like from the early 2000's, need renovation -there is only one tiny trash can in a double room - uncomfortable pillows - no fridge in the room - sounds silky but door to the room are very heavy to open

Dzien Dobry . Przebywalem w Hotelu Ibis Zabrze od 05.12.2024 do13.12.2024 od samego poczatku bylem pozytywnie zaskoczony .Przyjela mnie mila recepcjonistka Pani Patrycja wszystko dokladnie wytlumaczyla tak,ze nie bylo zadnych problemöw. Nie chcialbym pominac jakiegos pracownika hotelu ,wiec powiem ,ze wszyscy byli mili usmiechnieci i znakomicie ,profesjonalnie podchodzili do klientöw.W recepcji pracuje Pan Damian bardzo mily przesympatyczny i kompetentny pracownik w restauracji jest sympatyczna Pani Basia , u ktörej mozna zamöwic obiad ,napoje itd..Obiady naprawde smaczne polecam ,smakowalo mi naprawde wszystko komplement do kuchni i to duzy. Sniadania sa tez tam serwowane z mila obsluga i dla kazdego cos milego naprawde nie mozna narzekac chociaz tacy sie i tak znajda ,ktörym sie nie dogodzi nie uszanuja pracy tych ludzi.Poznalem röwniez tam Pania Ize,ktöra byla bardzo uprzejma i pokazala mi pokoje, zdecydowalem ,ze uslucham jej rad i doswiadczenia,gdy znowu tu zawitam.Na samym koncu chcialbym wyrazic ogromny szacunek i podziekowanie do Pani Dagmary , przemila ,kompetentna zawsze z usmiechem na twarzy. Hotel de 20 años, que no ha sido renovado. Cama vieja, con baño incomodo y una ducha del que apenas sale agua. Grifería de dificil regulación de temperaura, calefacción que no funciona con el termonstato de la habitación... demasiados defectos para un hotel IBIS. Necesita una renovación urgentemente.
