Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

Everything you need and nearby ski resorts except getting here is abit hard

The twin room is quite spacious. But I encountered the problem of insufficient cleanliness. There were still “some feminine things”left in the toilet room. Fortunately, it was packed in a sanitary bag.🙂 Then there were too many families and tourists staying there. I was worried about the hygiene of the large bathhouse and gave up on enjoying the hot spring facilities. I was disappointed to stay in.

excellent ski resort with related facilities rental shop just nearby with reasonable price hot spring in public provided buffet restaurant and a Japanese restaurant under the hotel ski locker per room provided and 24 hours convenient store however the room cleanliness maybe improved

Hotel room is huge and onsens are great. Hotel staffs are very helpful as well.

The location is very good with the view and indulgent eyes, which makes me more comfortable is the provision of shuttle buses from Enchigo Yuzawa station to the hotel with a clear timetable. Just need to be given more time to check out until 11.00, considering the location is far from the city.
