23年來過，好像已經換了老闆，以前是斑馬家，現在不寫了。咖啡館也不營業了。衹遇到倆位東北阿姨，一個負責前台一個負責早餐。阿姨是很熱情，還給了我們一個寵物墊子。房間有地暖，還有個院子，但院子有點欠打理。
房間設施似乎有點久了，馬桶加熱圈很黃了。
早餐不盡如人意，除了餛飩是熱的，其他包子油條雞蛋樑弄大糕居然都已經冷掉了……
有個大草坪可以放狗跑跑，但這個民宿1200的價格，這個服務和運營是完全跟不上啊

優點:環境優美，衞生不錯，當年投入的成本應該不低。
缺點:1.缺乏服務。沒有任何客房服務，沒有任何服務人員。連續居住數日，當中不打掃衞生，不更換床單被罩，在主動要求的前提下才換浴巾。民宿不是青旅，何況是這個價格的民宿，總不能衹有第一天才有清潔，畢竟第二天的房價也沒有打折。和西湖山莊同等價位，環境和服務天壤之別，建議改進。
2.設施老舊。似乎自開業以來就未曾更換，雖然依稀能看出當年投入的成本，但是不論是餐廳，咖啡廳，草地和配套的桌椅板凳，都顯露出一種極度缺乏維護的陳舊感，並且大多未開放，彷彿現在經營者希望用最低成本勉強運行酒店，有些可惜。
3.居住不適。房間熱水量似乎有限，水温不夠的同時還會將熱水迅速消耗完，這天氣真容易感冒，加上電吹風接觸不良，插五次運行一次，洗澡不太舒適。房間中央空調温度不可調，立式空調沒有遙控器，温度也是缺憾。
總結:硬件條件具備，但是缺乏維護維修，這個並不難以解決，最重要的是和價格相匹配的服務，踏實做生意賺錢。

我覺得我住的這個房間非常的好，他們的庭院很敞亮，房型也很特別。進去之後是圍着一圈的房子，進到房間裏面去之後，廁所在中間，左邊是茶室，右邊是床，整體又大又古風又好看。還有一個庭院居住的感覺非常的好 早餐也很豐盛 以後會再來

外景和早飯都不錯，錯峯出行暑假最後一週入住就我們一家，管家服務很周到，還推薦周邊遊路線。除了馬桶抽水有點小插曲，以及最好有個桌子可以擺放東西（小小建議）其他都挺滿意

服務挺好的，管家六六認真負責，離店還送了樑弄大糕作伴手禮。定了梅見大床房，配套的庭院佈置得很清新，房間內比較乾淨、挺温馨的。但是房間裏的沙發一直有一股黴味，房間的Wi-Fi也不太流暢。早餐種類很多但質量確實一般般。

這次和家人一起來玩很驚喜，包了個大別墅，門口就是大草坪，因為都帶着孩子，也不怕吵着別人，小孩在門口打水仗，抓蜻蜓特別開心，早餐也很可愛，管家很快回應你提出的需求，萬能管家喲，下次還來！
