酒店位於四明湖畔，地址位置好，交通便利。早餐很不錯，服務人員熱情周到，尤其是夏振傑和李守芬。前台服務人員很好，酒店小管家小夢也不錯，服務及時、解釋細緻，她們都體現了開元的良好形象和精神風貌。去餘姚開元首選。

餘姚四明湖開元名都度假酒店，絕對是度假天花板！小瓊管家熱情又專業，全程提供貼心服務，讓人倍感温暖。酒店坐擁四明湖絕佳觀景位，湖光山色近在咫尺，傍晚的落日餘暉更是美得令人窒息。早餐更是豐盛到超乎想象，各地美食匯聚，每一口都充滿驚喜，下次度假還選這兒！

房間設施齊全，就是有些舊了，可能酒店時間也比較長了吧！但乾淨衞生，預訂的三人間，房間空間很大，酒店服務很好，管家小妹服務也很到位，為我們推薦農家菜餐館，酒店內部也有土菜館，味道也不錯。每天有下午茶送到房間，推開房間有點小驚喜，水果，小點心和酸奶都不錯，這是入住酒店很少享受到的服務，這點很温馨。酒店地處四明湖景區內，湖光山色，景色宜人，在風景如畫中用餐很是愜意。我們正好遇到下雨天，酒店房間裏提供有雨傘，酒店大堂也有雨傘提供，服務很周到，真心不錯，唯一感覺就是，目前還不是旅遊高峯期，價格還是偏貴點。其他都不錯，值得推薦。

酒店位置在四明湖腳下，酒店依湖而建，空氣很新鮮，可以在酒店飯後散步，環境十分好，湖景也很漂亮，前廳夏夏服務蠻好了，積極處理問題。酒店有健身房和游泳池，憑房卡可以免費使用，在五號如意樓。有免費停車場，免費無限次進出，附近旅遊景點很多，四明山風景很漂亮，有機會可以去逛逛，總體感覺還可以。
