服務非常好～ 四明湖景也很可以 就是設施感覺有點年頭了 特別隔音不太行 可以聽到隔壁講話咳嗽 遇到早起的鄰居得需要個耳塞 其他挺好

酒店位於四明湖旁邊，空氣不錯，可惜天氣不好，一直在下雨，沒有去欣賞湖景。酒店的四明土菜館包間有人在吸煙，我們果斷換到一樓的大包間，吃飯娛樂到22,00，辛苦了那些服務員一旁等待。客房很安靜，唯一不足就是房間的鏡子側面對着大床，有點不適應。另外，還想建議酒店能對寵物友好，這樣可以照顧到一小部分寵物愛好者。酒店的早餐菜品總體還可以，但可以豐富一些，跟五星級酒店有一點差距。酒店停車比較方便，服務態度還是不錯的，最後建議房間裝紗窗，晚上有蚊蟲。

去四明山毫不猶豫地選擇了餘姚四明湖開元名都度假酒店！這次也沒讓我失望！環湖而建，風景優美，每個角度都是讓人流連忘返！前台小夥Pity熱情接待服務到位！辦入住就給升級房型，遇到問題他第一時間幫忙解決，事後跟蹤詢問，這點讓住客會很暖心！退房時前台美女還送了一份貼心小禮品！下次還會選擇這裏！

五一假期前幾天決定定的酒店。酒店的環境非常美，和介紹的一樣，推開窗跟仙境一樣漂亮。早餐品種還算豐富的。酒店的服務員都有點年紀了，但是服務態度是非常非常的滿意，比那些年輕人態度親和太多了。唯一不足的是酒店的設施老了，有很多地方還是顯得舊。總之是非常滿意的旅行。
