服務：接待及服務人員很熱情，自助餐不行
設施：略顯老舊，有歲月痕跡
衞生：挺好的，無可挑剔
環境：湖水感覺不是很清澈，島上也沒能上去
旅拍及附贈3張精修照片:沒用上，不知道好壞
自助餐不太好吃，自助小火鍋一桌4個人衹上一個單人鍋我也是頭一回見，問了還不給

房間根本無服務，豪華湖景房打開窗，外面垃圾，涼台所謂地板已腐爛。房間設施舊，根本配不上近700房費。真沒見過這麼垃圾網紅的酒店。
