早上出門還特意和前台説了把被套換了，而且還説了兩遍，還特意問了一句，聽到了沒有，然後前台回了一個“嗯”結果晚上回來還是沒換，服了。真不知道這前台是怎麼培訓的，這都能上崗？

我去報定房，個別前台人員不鳥我，等了幾分鐘，還用另類的眼神看我，有點心不甘情不願的，服務太差了…………空調不熱，一點點熱風，電視很模糊，還有進來的門看得見幾麪外面，衞生一般，廁所洗澡間有點臭……請大家看清楚在定房間，該説的都説了，你們自己看着辦。
