The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The location is also convenient; it's close to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, proactively helping with my luggage. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they readily helped with any needs I had. The breakfast was also very plentiful, with both hot and cold dishes, and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommended!"

"The room had poor soundproofing, and the noise from people in the hallway late at night was really annoying. I called the front desk twice to report it, and the security guard came upstairs to remind them to stop. The staff's service attitude was quite good. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please avoid room 516 in the future. The restaurant is upstairs from this room. There was a very loud noise of chairs being dragged around from just after 7 pm until 11 am. This is really a management problem for the hotel. Please consider the needs of guests and take more protective measures. I suggest installing soundproof mats on the restaurant chairs and rubber silent wheels on the food collection wheels. I didn't sleep well all night and wanted to catch up on sleep in the morning, but I couldn't fall asleep because of the noise. I was so annoyed that I checked out and left!"
