服務意識太差了，我從攜程上付款後，水單竟然給我開的是扣除攜程的費用的金額，找他呢還不能給解決，按照我付款金額的金額開發票和水單這應該是天經地義的事兒，在這個酒店卻沒有。

酒店開空調也冷，上夜班的男性工作人員沒同理心8238房間晚上9點洗澡剛打上沐浴液突然沒熱水凍的瑟瑟發抖電話去前台尋求幫助，前後溝通快20分鐘後才同意去隔壁房間去洗澡

第一次到于田，訂了兩個房間，房間很大也很乾凈，我比較挑酒店，這個酒店都滿足了我的需求，淋浴夠大，枕頭舒服，沒有異味。早餐還挺好吃的。房間和裝修都展示了玉文化。走到于田博物館衹要十分鐘。
