"The hotel offers a pleasant environment and is considered one of the better options in Yushu. It's kept very clean, and the breakfast spread is varied and tasty. The only minor issue was that our visit coincided with a region-wide power grid upgrade, which led to city-wide blackouts. Thankfully, the hotel has its own generator, but the power supply was intermittent. Therefore, if you're planning to visit during this time, it's advisable to call ahead and check the electricity situation."

"This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The room is the largest of all the Four Seasons hotels I've stayed in so far. It has double sofas and large windows. The room is very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower room is large. It is very suitable for family travel and stay. I recommend it."

"Great location, spacious room, and a good shower. They also provided plenty of bottled water. The beef noodles for breakfast were very authentic. The front desk and other staff were very welcoming and helpful. It would be even better if the parking area was a bit tidier."

"Excellent location! The museum is just a two-minute walk away (turn right upon exiting). Jiegu Temple is a short five-minute drive and is definitely worth visiting. You can even see Jiegu Temple right from your room window! The hotel also provides parking."

"The hotel accepts foreigners (as of July 2026). The location is central. The hotel has its own parking lot (free of charge), which is welcome as it's hard to find parking in that area. The room was large with the amenities in good condition. Unfortunately, it stank of cigarettes. Also there's no elevator. Nonetheless, especially considering there aren't too many options for foreigners at this price, it is overall a good choice."

The room was spotlessly clean, with clean sheets and quilts, and the bathroom sink and floor were spotless, with no dust even in the corners. It was a very pleasant stay and I'd definitely stay here again!"

"A very nice hotel, new and stylish, with excellent facilities and amenities. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the young lady at the front desk is very friendly and attentive. There is an underground parking garage, so parking is convenient. The breakfast is very plentiful."

"The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and the lobby's fragrance instantly relaxed me. Check-in was efficient and professional, and they even upgraded my room. The room layout was reasonable, with ample power outlets on the desk, super-fast Wi-Fi, and smooth video conferencing. The bedding was clean and soft, and the shower had plenty of hot water, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a fusion of Western and Chinese options, with excellent coffee, leaving me feeling refreshed for my trip. Overall, the service was prompt and attentive to detail; I'd definitely stay here again for my next business trip! The smart assistant inside was incredibly convenient."

Disadvantages: The shower facilities in the bathroom are faulty, with water coming out of both large and small shower heads. The temperature at night was already below zero, but there was still no heating. Only quilts were provided, which the southern guests were not used to."

"The most failed stay ever. I will never go to a hotel with no reviews or ratings on Ctrip in the future. Because I was dissatisfied with the hygiene of the hotel I chose before, I temporarily saw this one across the street and saw that the hygiene was not bad. I was eager to take a rest and quickly submitted an order on Ctrip. When I checked in, the owner asked me to stay in the opposite room because the smell of smoke was very strong in the room. There was no shower in the bathroom and the toilet flush was broken, but we helped install and repair it. Unexpectedly, the host came to me that night and told me that there would be an extra charge of 10 yuan for changing the room. It's really a strange thing that I've never encountered before. No wonder we are the only tenant among dozens of guest rooms. lesson."
