The scenery nearby is beautiful, and the environment and sanitation are just average. It is very close to the Giant Python Mountain and Goddess Peak, a 10-minute walk. It is also close to the Rhododendron Valley to watch the sunrise. The Giant Python Platform is a good place to watch the stars at night. The facilities are old, but it is much better than staying in a tent. At least there is a private bathroom, you can take a hot shower, and the electric blanket is great. The room is small, so don't worry about it in the scenic area.
