"I am a Hong Kong tourist and do not understand Japanese. The front desk staff only understand Japanese, but there is no problem because the staff are very patient. The room is clean and comfortable. The cheapest room type is a Japanese-style room, which only has a toilet and a shared bath (a shared place, but it can be locked when in use, and can be used by one person or with friends). The room type we stayed in for the second night was 500-800 yen more expensive. It was a Western-style room, which felt much newer than the Japanese room maybe because of renovations. It also had a private bathroom and a bathtub. Because I am traveling by bicycle, it is very convenient to walk 1.4 kilometers from the station, and there is an indoor parking lot. There are Lawson and Aeon within a 5-8 minute walk. There are microwaves and vending machines on the 3/F of the hotel; there is a smoking room on the 2/F, and the underground lobby is comfortable."

"The location was great, reasonably close to the airport. We checked in late at night without any problems. It was a little difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower in our room, so if you can, I recommend the large public bath! The breakfast buffet was also delicious!"

Even though I stayed for multiple nights, I appreciated that extra towels were placed on the doorknob without me even having to ask. I met three staff members, and they were all very polite and kind. Thank you so much. Just one minor point… I don't smoke, so even with the air purifier, the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room was a little bothersome. It would be nice if there were non-smoking rooms available."
