其他都還好就是酒店前台真的特別無語我們是凌晨5點去開的房間開房的時候和前台溝通了當天下午3點到4點退房前台也説了可以。可是一到下午兩點前台很沒禮貌的就在外面喊叫我們退房聲音特別大我告訴她我們入住的時候説了是下午四點退房隔了一會她又回來在門口喊叫説什麼我們凌晨入住晚了是我們的事跟她們酒店有什麼關係明明我入住以前已經溝通過了真的很無語什麼素質都可以做前台了嗎有沒有看過消費者保護法我當天開的房間當天是可以不用退房的什麼樣的人都有一點素質都沒有什麼叫和你們酒店沒關係而且退房的時候前台也沒有人做不到我入住前溝通的時候就不要答應真的是
