其他都還好 就是酒店前台真的特別無語 我們是凌晨5點去開的房間 開房的時候和前台溝通了 當天下午3點到4點退房 前台也説了可以。可是一到下午兩點 前台很沒禮貌的就在外面喊叫我們退房 聲音特別大 我告訴她 我們入住的時候説了是下午四點退房 隔了一會她又回來在門口喊叫 説什麼 我們凌晨入住晚了是我們的事 跟她們酒店有什麼關係 明明我入住以前已經溝通過了 真的很無語 什麼素質都可以做前台了嗎 有沒有看過消費者保護法 我當天開的房間 當天是可以不用退房的 什麼樣的人都有 一點素質都沒有 什麼叫和你們酒店沒關係 而且退房的時候前台也沒有人 做不到我入住前溝通的時候就不要答應 真的是
