兩次來鄆城出差，一次住南湖賓館，一次住鄆州酒店。酒店裝修是中式古典風，房間比較大，床比較舒服，但是設施一般，牆面有明顯污漬。早餐跟豐富。就酒店本身來説，總體算不錯的。但是服務太差了，門口服務人員沒有迎賓就算了，總是冷着臉，一副不敢溝通的樣子！

從飛抵菏澤機場的一刻開始，沿途遊玩，一路感受着山東人民的熱情好客。同時也被突如其來的39度高温幹烤，身體有點適應不了，想着快點抵達酒店好好休息一下。豈料抵達前台腳還沒站穩，即被告知：接上級通知，酒店要作為高考定點酒店，老師們統一在6月5日9點進駐，所有客人必須在當天上午8點前退房，能接受就辦理入住！否則取消訂單另選他店！聽完我心情瞬間不好了！旅行達人第一次遭遇這種情況，店大欺客嗎？！我反問為什麼既然收到通知，還繼續在攜程銷售，也不作特殊備註或與客人提前電話溝通，工作人員態度生硬也暴露了所謂國企公關應對的能力不足！當初選擇酒店，就是衝著當地地標，殊不知這麼不靠譜！唉，實在沒精力也沒心情，就硬着頭皮入住吧。酒店整體硬件設施還是可以的，就是房間浴室下水道有點味道（開抽風機後好點），噴淋水壓不行，2樓房間誒，最可怕的是浴室門，打開後沒有固定器，隨着抽風機的吹風搖擺，哐當哐當有點嚇人。早餐品種豐富，味道可以。

酒店裝修一看就有實力，老錢風，有錢的很！到處是紅木風格，年齡大的肯定喜歡！
早餐非常棒，壯饃羊湯都有，還有那個胡粥，外面已經吃不到了，很棒！
昨晚上和今早是同一個服務員，一看就是國企風格，臉上從來不會笑，回答從來冷冰冰，彷彿我不是客人，而是欠了她100萬。今天中午的服務員就好很多了。
早晨不到6點就被廣場上喇叭吵醒了，好像在唱戲？絕了

差差差！！
1，酒店居然要按金！什麼年代了！！前台小姑娘説我們也不想這樣，那面對消費者的反饋，你們倒是調整啊🥲
2，這麼大酒店沒有地熱暖氣，用的空調，好，空調就空調，昨晚開的30度制熱最大風力，到了早晨房間24度，我想不明白空調作用是什麼？
3，一早被旁邊唱戲的給吵醒了，我真的無語了🤦♂️😓
好的點：
1，性價比高，同價位在南湖賓館衹能訂到最基礎的，而在這裡能訂到行政的！
2，房間很大，性價比特別高！！
可改善的點：
1，關於房間温度：預訂的人晚上8點以後還沒去辦理的話，可不可以給打個電話確認下幾點到？然後提前給空調打開呢？這樣消費者體驗會非常好，而不是一進屋子冷的不行。
2，行政級別的可否提供果盤或者小零食？起碼我要點好評時候有東西可發。
3，按金問題參考其他城市的酒店怎麼做的，我去濰坊富華都沒有按金。
就這些吧，不敢再説了。

酒店管理和服務太差了！早餐標準是到9：30，但8點50去吃早餐的時候幾乎全部清空，現做區、熱菜區、涼菜區、飲料、麪包、點心都衹有部分盤子剩了一個底，其他盤子都空了，並且現場一個工作人員都沒有。好不容易找到一個服務人員，問可以做個煎餅果子嗎？態度非常冷的説：沒有了。我説現在才8點多，不是到9點半嗎？工作人員説：有的都在這裏了，住的人多，麪糊都用完了。。。問：能用麪包機考個麪包片嗎？沒有麪包片了，工作人員説：今天沒有。問什麼都是：就衹有這些了，沒有了。甚至還問：您還想吃什麼？這些不行嗎？所以我衹能撿了幾個盤子底吃。後來有顧客因為這個問題跟餐廳工作人員理論，因為提到要投訴，工作人員才説別生氣，您想吃什麼給您做，就出來幾個人慢悠悠補餐，煎蛋的也出來了，在部分盤子裏補了少量的菜。就這種態度，還星級標準，太差了！沒遇到過那麼差的酒店。
