Good stay, friendly staff, pool was unattended & cloudy, rooms were clean. Overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

I agree with other negative reviews:: "Staff was rude and dishonest.". After paying for the hotel and confirming the payment with a receipt and a bank statement, the employees tried to write off my money for the stay twice. For some reason, the hotel employee spent an hour asking about the obvious payment over the phone, we waited and then he called it "customer care". As a result, he cancelled the reservation and rightfully received a negative review from us. We contacted Booking and they will conduct an investigation into the behavior of the hotel owners regarding the double payment. In the meantime, the hotel rating is ZERO, we ended up staying in a good hotel nearby.

They ran out of pillows, our rooms bed has several of the small pillows _ not a good night sleep. Pool was also shut down for 4th of July weekend.

Tired and grubby We've stayed there before. This time not good. Stains on the carpet in the room. A TV remote so sticky I couldn't bring myself to use it. And an ottoman with the "pleather" deteriorating in chunks.

What a pleasant surprise, I could not fault this hotel. Check in was fun, the assistant behind the desk was a pleasure to deal with. (Heather I believe) The rooms a large, spacious, fitted with microwaves and a quiet fridge. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom was palatial and very clean. This hotel also has a good breakfast option, varied selection of hot and cold foods, so no reason to go hungry. Just don't come down too late and miss it! There is a pool and hot tub for use by day, and a pool table for use by night, nice extra touch I thought. Overall, very impressed by this hotel and if it is a representation of their chain, I will use them again.

After 3 great days of Pioneers of Skydiving, a welcome rest at this fine Hotel. The Front Desk staff are so helpful, polite, and efficient! The Hotel is easy to find off of I-8 and yet far enough there is no traffic noise from the interstate or 16th Street. Thank you!
