We had great experience in Club Med. They had a lot of programs for children and adults as well. In particular, Anna helped us very kindly in real time, it was very convenient for us because we are not good at Mandarin and she could speak in English to us. She takes care us all the time and if we had questions she answered quickly and frendly. Moreover every GO staffs were kind and they remember us especially our kids liked the atmosphere. They all could speak English. We thank to Anna. Also we thank to Ksena and Arry. Both were so great to my kid. Arry could speak english and Korean so my kid was very confertable in mini kids club. Thank you so much!

Club Med stay is fantastic and friendly towards family with kids travellers. Full day Kids club program is very welcome by the young ones. Location of club is tranquil, highly recommend to hire a driver for town visits.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Absolutely beautiful campus located about a half hour from Lijiang’s most famous attraction. The staff is very professional and accommodating. There’s plenty of activities to do during a day and an ancient town about five minutes away by car. This is a great getaway and everything was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all their work!

It was difficult to find a room, but with the help of the assistant lobby manager, we were able to book two rooms. Thank you very much!

I've rarely encountered a hotel that asked me to write a thousand-word review in recent years, but I couldn't resist. This was the worst five-star hotel I've stayed in in the past 10 years. The price was over 3,000 yuan, but the room was only around 600 yuan. The housekeeper contacted me a day in advance to ask what time to arrive, and I said around 2:30 PM. However, the room wasn't cleaned by 4:30 PM. Service: The front desk staff was incompetent. The check-in cards were a mess. We had six rooms, and the cards were all messed up. Facilities: I brought my kids here for the amenities, but ended up playing billiards for a while. The activities were pretty superficial. It seemed like there were a lot of things to do, but in reality, everything was pretty shoddy. Food: Dinner was okay, and breakfast was terrible. It was the quality of a three-star hotel. The afternoon tea pastries looked unappetizing. I guess they were just cakes costing a few yuan per pound. I didn't even bother taking pictures, but here's one from breakfast... The next day, I couldn't bear to eat such poor food, so I went to Baisha Ancient Town for lunch. Room: My biggest complaint is the guest room. Over 3,000 yuan a night for a room with only 300 yuan worth of amenities. What the heck? The bedding was scratchy and it itched after I lay down. The next day, I had red bumps on my legs. The bath towels were yellow and hard. The sink was only 45cm wide, a single sink, and only provided toothpaste and a toothbrush. Sorry, there were none. I arrived at the hotel and tried to book adult activities, including the card room and karaoke room, but the front desk said they were all booked. Haha, what's the point of spending so much money here? But when I checked in the evening, many rooms were empty. What kind of management is this? I complained and was given a card room. My god, the decor was probably something you'd pay 500 yuan for. The card tables were broken. Overall, it was just two words: shoddy!!! Not to mention the karaoke room. Not only is it small, but the sound system is only good enough for children, and the room itself is quite subpar. Luckily, I only stayed there for one day. The next day, I went to Jinmao Puxiu. Arriving at Puxiu, I felt completely at ease. From the moment I checked in, there were quite a few people checking in, but everything was very organized and quiet, unlike the Mediterranean, which had a market-like feel. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience at Puxiu, from the room to the service, the food, and the ambiance, was a 99. I'd give the Mediterranean a 9 at best; it's terrible, terrible, and anyone who goes there will be unlucky.

After staying at a famous hotel in the ancient town, Club Med is truly great for light sleepers! The soundproofing is excellent. The entire hotel is wonderful; you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and take your kids for a walk without leaving the hotel. The meals vary daily and are delicious.

Choosing a hotel with kids can be a daunting task, but it's easy when Club Med is available in your destination. It's a no-brainer! All-inclusive meals, accommodation, and entertainment, along with full-day care, is incredibly hassle-free. During my trip to Lijiang, the front desk assistant manager, Darren, added me on WeChat ahead of time. He responded quickly to all my questions throughout my stay and was incredibly responsive. Perfect score! Don't worry if it rains; sunny and cloudy days each have their own unique charm.

Meeting our guide Luka at the Club Med Hotel in Lijiang was an absolute bonus! From the moment we decided to hike Sister Lakes, Luka demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He meticulously confirmed the route and equipment before departure, and was incredibly attentive throughout the hike. He even offered to help with heavy items and shared local customs and stories along the way, making the otherwise tedious hike engaging and engaging. What impressed me most was his patience and enthusiasm. I'm not very physically fit, but he consistently slowed down and encouraged me. He carefully guided me through challenging sections and took tons of beautiful photos for me, each one a true standout! The entire experience was incredibly comfortable, like a long-time friend, with no sense of distance at all. I highly recommend Luka for your Lijiang adventure. He's both professional and friendly, and you can't go wrong with him! I hope more people will appreciate his dedication. I absolutely deserve a full rating! Luka deserves it!

This is a very good resort for children. The food, accommodation and entertainment are all very good. The housekeeper Abby is very considerate. I will visit this hotel again.

The natural environment of the hotel is very good... There are many activities for children. The performances of GO every night are wonderful. The master's follow-up shooting is also great, and the people are beautifully photographed.

Good environment, good conditions, good service, good food, very quiet, beautiful camp, suitable for vacation, very close to Baisha and Yulong Snow Mountain, more activities and richer activities would be better
