We had great experience in Club Med. They had a lot of programs for children and adults as well. In particular, Anna helped us very kindly in real time, it was very convenient for us because we are not good at Mandarin and she could speak in English to us. She takes care us all the time and if we had questions she answered quickly and frendly. Moreover every GO staffs were kind and they remember us especially our kids liked the atmosphere. They all could speak English. We thank to Anna. Also we thank to Ksena and Arry. Both were so great to my kid. Arry could speak english and Korean so my kid was very confertable in mini kids club. Thank you so much!

Club Med stay is fantastic and friendly towards family with kids travellers. Full day Kids club program is very welcome by the young ones. Location of club is tranquil, highly recommend to hire a driver for town visits.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

Absolutely beautiful campus located about a half hour from Lijiang’s most famous attraction. The staff is very professional and accommodating. There’s plenty of activities to do during a day and an ancient town about five minutes away by car. This is a great getaway and everything was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all their work!

We went stargazing at the hotel's Star Trail Observatory. We were lucky enough to see the rainy season end early, and we were treated to a sky filled with stars. With the moon rising, we even had a faint glimpse of the Milky Way. The observatory was also very cool. The kids and I had a telescope all to ourselves, and it was a great way to learn a new skill. The moon was beautiful, and we also saw Arcturus Vega, M13, and some other things I can't remember. Teacher Yuan was very professional and explained a lot of things. I hope to see you again next time.

During my trip to Lijiang, I stayed at the Mediterranean Club Med Lijiang with my baby. The experience was absolutely perfect, and I give it a 5🌟! The room was well-equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, making it a truly relaxing experience. The hotel also features a heated water park with a spiral slide, perfect for fun even on rainy days. Tennis courts, basketball courts, a rock climbing trapeze, and a variety of activities to suit every fitness need. The dining experience was also a pleasant surprise. The buffet had a rich and varied menu, featuring many Yunnan specialties. The food was delicious, and the desserts were especially highly recommended! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. During check-in, Abby, in particular, provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities, which was incredibly helpful in planning my trip. The GOs were also fantastic, with a mini club to help with the kids, a sports department to run a variety of sports, and even wonderful evening performances! I was completely delighted with my stay at the Mediterranean Club Med Lijiang and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The hotel offers a buffet of international and local dishes for three meals a day, all day long: the food was excellent every day. Facilities: Exceeded expectations, with meticulous attention to detail. Service: Darren, the front desk manager, was absolutely fantastic!!! There was also a young lady whose name I don't know, but she was also absolutely fantastic!!! The photos I took were absolutely stunning. Environment: The setting and scenery were absolutely stunning!!!

It was my first time staying at Club Med. I was lucky enough to meet Jacky Feng, the front desk manager. He was very friendly and thoughtful, and recommended activities that were suitable for us. We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel has beautiful scenery and a wide range of activities, which is perfect for a vacation.

The service is very good, it is really suitable for parent-child activities. Logan is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. It was a very satisfying trip and I will book Club Med again in the future.

The room was excellent, well-designed, and perfect for a family getaway. The view of the mountains across the street was breathtaking, and the weather changed the scenery. The club team was very nice, attentive, and the staff were enthusiastic, creating a joyful atmosphere for the guests. The various activities during the vacation were thoughtful, and the staff were very considerate and considerate, making the entire trip a delightful one.

The room was spacious, especially the 2.7-meter-wide bed. With room for two adults and one child, we never had to worry about the kids falling down in the middle of the night. The buffet offers international and local cuisine for all meals, ensuring both adults and children can find something to their liking. The hotel also offers childcare, allowing children to have their own activities, making it a great choice for families with children. The activities are also plentiful. Lydia, our housekeeper, was attentive and helpful. She responded to any questions we had via WeChat and she was always available. In short, if you want a stress-free trip with children, this is the right place!

This stay was beyond expectations! From the moment we got off the bus to the check-in process, the staff greeted us with a smile and offered to help with our luggage. They were incredibly efficient. Our river view room was stunning, spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was plentiful, with freshly made seafood porridge and dim sum, and they were delicious. We even gave a thoughtful souvenir upon departure. The attention to detail was truly remarkable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city! I also want to praise Darren for his exceptional service!
