This is the best experience I’ve ever had in China! 💯
I am extremely satisfied with this hotel experience, everything was perfect! I will definitely recommend this place to my family, friends, and on XiaoHongShu 🥰
The staff and the butler were amazing helpful. Our butler even arranged a driver to bring us to Baisha Ancient Town and the temples. The food and the environment were truly first-class! The accommodations is amazing👍🏻 They also help us arrange a 9 seater big car drop us to train station 💯 Will definitely come back again!! ✨

I had a great stay in Lijiang! I was looking for a calm place while still being able to access the city and this was the perfect fit. You wake up each morning to the view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and two adorable little poneys and a goat eating grass in the front yard. The team was incredibly hospitable and helpful to organize the arrival and departure. They also went above and beyond to suggest and help in planning activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again If I travel back to Lijiang!

推推推！🌟 小夥伴都很熱情 下午茶好好吃 早餐也好吃！因為冰川公園索道票買的比較早，本來説別麻煩了吃點麪包就行，管家小哥哥説實在不行他煮給我們吃hhhh 麗江好像因為一些原因是不能建電梯的，小夥伴竟然徒手扛了我們的大行李 大家真的好強🤧 臨走之前還問要不要吃點什麼喝點熱的飲料暖暖胃，所以此時此刻我在前往香格里拉的路上吃着熱騰騰的蛋撻🥹🥹🥹 而且每天回來小夥伴都會説回來啦要不要喝點什麼。住了這幾天感覺我衹要敢問他們都能做到😂

We stayed at this hotel in October 2025 and were very pleased. In addition to the modern interior and magnificent views, we would like to highlight the excellent service. A special thank you goes to a girl named 小象 (Xiaoxiang)! She assisted us with a whole range of matters, including arranging transfers to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Shangri-La, as well as helping with tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and much more. Her knowledge of English and genuine willingness to help at any time of day made our trip truly comfortable. Thank you for such a high level of care!
