Very nice new hotel with view over the lake. All major attractions around can be easily reached, perfect location. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great breakfast and dinner .

住過馬爾代夫的麗世，所以也想嘗試一下國內的麗世。拉市海麗世的位置絕佳，酒店衹有9間客房，安靜温馨。服務也算到位，早餐沒有選擇，提供什麼吃什麼，主要是主食和水果，略顯單調，他們家的咖啡有一定名氣，整體感覺不錯。最大的缺欠是餐飲，需要提前一天預訂才能在酒店用餐，但酒店確沒在前一天與我們溝通説明情況，春節期間周圍可用餐的地方很少，導致我們衹能泡麪解決。

1、房間很大，全部直麪拉市海；2、房間內配備的設施設備和洗漱用品都不錯，但洗澡洗髮用品的香味我有點不喜歡，精油的味道有點奇怪，我説像“十三香；3、雖然山居系列房間不多，配備的服務人員五六名，但還是井井有條，熱情；4、麗世的咖啡也不錯，喝着咖啡看着拉市海雲起雲落，看人來人往真的很舒服；5、晚餐很豐富很好吃，必須贊一個。希望有空再來這裏住幾天。

這家麗世有兩期，一開始給我們安排在裏面那期的一個房間，本來就高反，再加上小小窗户，開窗就是牆，我幽閉恐懼症都要犯了，後來換了另外一期的一間榻榻米，開闊多了，整體挺舒服的。早餐比較少而精緻。店員們也都熱情，除了有位戴眼鏡的男士，早上退房時我推門進來那麼大動靜無動於衷，我走都到他跟前了才抬眼。

旅行最後兩天安排在了拉市海，抱着試試的心態選擇麗世山居，入住後真的被美到了，相比古鎮，這裏風景優美，人少安靜，真的好適合度假。酒店雖小但很精緻，早餐和晚飯都是家常的味道，長者和孩子吃的很好。最後要感謝酒店的服務人員，很細緻周到，很親切，做的咖啡也很好喝哦~

冷漠的服務，五星價格，服務卻是負星，裏面的人員事不關己高高掛起，衹是工作的機器人而已，表情高傲自負，裏面住着有種莫名的難受不舒服，衹想盡快離開，好好的新年卻如此體驗，糟糕透頂，不知道是不是那些服務員春節不想工作不滿意還是怎樣，特冷漠的體驗，還是麗世集團，比那些幾百元的民宿還差一百倍，太無語了，再沒有下次！

不滿意，麗世還有很長的一段路需要走，特別是軟件服務上#服務發生了很多不開心的事：業務不熟練（詢問咖啡豆相關，支支吾吾回覆的模稜兩可；明明有套餐可選還是讓客人多付，之後提供的解決方案也不令人滿意！需要提示才能解決問題？員工不專業：整個酒店就像咖啡館而不是一個品牌酒店；服務人員也就像是咖啡店員，走在酒店裡是碰不到工作人員的，微信兩小時才有回覆！那請問加微信有什麼意義？更不要説別的服務了！#餐廳晚餐居然吃出了頭髮！簡直掃興（雖然之後服務員表示抱歉並換了一盤，但是胃口已經倒了）#房間設施八月份開的，現在已經出現或多或少的問題：麻煩看下淋浴房的把手和洗臉盆；洗浴用品罐子上的字都掉了…並沒有好好維護！洗浴地方根本沒有空調和地暖，洗澡就是受罪！空調開到30度，晚上還是不能穿單衣在房間裏。#WIFI不給力！開個微信都慢#位置交通衹有自駕或者打的，沒用公共交通#房間景觀唯一的優點就是可以在房間裏看到日出日落#性價比超級低！一千多塊就給我住個自助咖啡館？這次麗江行住了安隅，英迪格和麗世，拉市海麗世是最差的一家！和之前兩家完全沒有可比性，酒店非常小家子氣，衹有價格學到了五星級！整體完全不推薦，要看拉市海的日出日落買杯咖啡就可以了，住店體驗感非常糟糕
