The weather was very cold in March. There was only an air conditioner in the living room and no independent heater. It took at least four hours for the room to warm up a little. The air conditioners in the room and the living room cannot be turned on at the same time, otherwise there will be a power outage. The customer service said that the voltage is not enough. For other aspects like location, it would be more convenient to drive yourself; the indoor facilities are sufficient, including coffee machine, kettle and hot pot. Customer service is a bit difficult to communicate in English.
