I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was quite good, with a decent variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The highlight of my stay was the private hot spring in the room. It was a unique experience to relax in the hot spring after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

We booked the family room, which can fit 6 people to stay. The room was cozy and clear, and we had our own hot bath that's so lovely. The facilities in the public hot bath area are well maintained, clear and open. The breakfast and dinner are dull of supirse. They offering seasonal cuisine menu are definitely mind blow. The staff are cheerful and helpful. They organizeed all my request and make my family trip unforgettable.

The stay was perfect - from the moment of arrival. Staff greeted us at the parking & took our luggage. The room was very clean. All the staff were very friendly & professional. We stayed on a less busy night. The ryokan gave us a sense of tranquility, which is a good place to recharge, especially with the in-room onsen. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel is quite high on the hill, best to drive it take taxi.

Onsen was good but food quality & service was not up to standard.

Excellent service from a very nice staff team. All the meals are delicately made. The portion and taste are great. The room is neat and tidy. Private hot spring and shared hot spring are good. The location of the hotel is good, close to the Main Street and walking distance to Kirin Lake.

I was looking for a ryokan for a family trip during New Year's and made a reservation at Oyado Ichizen. The room condition was great and the hot springs were also really great. The kaiseki dinner was the best!

The room was OK, but the balcony was designed to be lonely and could not be connected to the yard. The hot spring hotels I stayed in Japan were all very cost-effective. For a price of 4,000 yuan, there was only a small public hot spring in the room. The waiter seemed to have a fake smile on his face, and his Indian English accent was hard to understand. Compared with the services in other places in Japan, there was no sincerity and enthusiasm at all. We checked in at 3 pm, arrived early and put our luggage there, and it felt like the boss was unwilling to receive us. When we left, we were supposed to check out at 10 pm, but because they said they couldn't see a taxi at 10 pm, we had to leave at 9:30. I asked if I could put my luggage in the hotel and go out for a walk first, but I was rejected. Besides, the two meals were really simple, using the cheapest ingredients, and there were only three pieces of beef, which was really superficial, and it was also relatively poor among the many Japanese hotels I have stayed in. Overall, the service and catering can only be passed.

Nice environment and big room. It's just a remote location. Fortunately, self-driving tours are not a big deal. One night and two meals is very exquisite, but the portion is not large. It is okay to stay for one night to experience it.

1. You need to take a taxi to the hotel. When you leave, you can ask the hotel to help you book a taxi. Be sure to book in advance. 10 o'clock is the peak time for local taxis, and the number of taxis is actually very limited. 2. The hotel's meals are Japanese style and the quantity is relatively large, but the restaurant owner is a little obsessed with you respecting their seasoning. 3. The hot spring water quality is very good.

Facilities: Newly renovated, everything is very comfortable; Hygiene: Very good; Environment: Good scenery, you can see the snow-capped mountains from the hot spring in the room, quiet and beautiful; Service: After check-out, the hotel can transport your luggage to the information center of Yufuin Station Disadvantages: It is far from the subway station or bus station. It is best to take a taxi to the hotel. There is a 600-meter uphill road, which is a bit challenging to pull the luggage up.

The environment is 10 points good and the food for dinner is of high quality. The environment is clean and the service attitude is super good. You feel at home. 10 points recommended.

I have never tried to stay in a hotel and they charge for an extra pillow. The service is disappointing. There is only one small pillow for one adult. The room price is almost 6,000 Hong Kong dollars per night. This makes me knowledgeable. Other meals are okay. I won’t stay in Yufu next time
