在由布院逗留一個晚上並入住酒店，但酒店需要在另一個位置辦理check-in，有點不方便，但酒店房間很大，有閣樓，私人温泉，但附近沒有便利店

房間很不錯，裝修精緻，衞生間的設施也很不錯，智能感應馬桶，還有戴森吹風機。還能自己煎牛排，物超所值，體驗超預期。下次還想住這裏。

地方比想像中大很多,浸浴可以同時浸兩個人亦有電視,唯一美中不足是浴室抽氣不佳和缸底很潺,其他部分都可以已滿分形容,check in要去另一間旅館,夜晚沒有路燈比較黑

很讚的酒店，是放鬆度假的首選，特別適合家庭出行，但也有需要改進的地方，希望能夠更上一層樓。
設施：複式雙層公寓，一樓客廳餐廳盥洗室洗浴間，二層卧室衞生間和小客廳，兩層都有陽台。設施一應俱全，足夠一家人日常生活，鍋碗器具全部都有，而且有浴池和温泉私湯，這一條就足夠五星好評了，建議可以帶泡澡袋。
環境：位於湯布院街道約三百米的居民區，步行到車站大概二十分鐘稍遠，自駕有停車場很寬敞應該會方便很多。陽台可以眺望由布岳，夜晚可以仰望星空，相信夏日乘涼冬季觀雪也都是很不錯的體驗。
服務：需要改進的地方是入住地點不在公寓處，但是沒有提前提醒，到了公寓門口才知道還需要走一段路辦理入住後再返回，對於從車站走來的旅客來説會讓人不高興。此外可以不用辦理退房手續，但是退房時間是早上10:00，略早。如果時間允許建議2-3天好好享受一下愜意的假期。

在日本能住大這麼超大的房間真是一種幸福，器具品質很高，尤其可以直接買回高品質的牛肉在公寓內烹製，大快朵頤。

checkin需要去另外一間旅店 有點不便。網絡連不到，住所沒有服務人員。抽油煙機我清潔了十五分鐘， 抹了一大堆油塵出來。
地方十分大，空間感十足。環境舒適，有4台電視，有dyson風筒，燈是自動感應。廁所馬桶也感覺高級，沒有蟲子。冷氣舒適。外面很冷，想待在房子不外出，有家的感覺。記得鎖好門窗。

酒店的房間非常大，有兩層，而且安裝了先進的電器，這個房間有三個大電視，廚房用品也一應俱全。廁所亦有Dyson風筒，令人感到意外。但是要注意，辦理入住手續是另外一個位置，而今次辦理入住手續是有一點不順利，因為我原先預訂了一個房間之後因為一些原因取消了，但是之後行程有變動，我重新預訂了一間房，辦理入住的時候酒店卻說找不到我的預訂，說我的預訂已取消，周旋了一輪才能明白和解決。
