【住】：岳陽鉑爾曼酒店。整體還是超出預期的。
服務：酒店前台很nice，接待，禮賓，大堂經理，都很不錯，值得五星。酒店入住還送了小童小水槍，很貼心。住過那麼多酒店，接觸了很多酒店工作人員。説實話，這次岳陽鉑爾曼的酒店工作人員真的很棒👍超出預期👍👍👍房間陽台正對着洞庭湖，夕陽應該不錯，可惜落日時孩子哭鬧正凶，錯過了絕美日落。酒店整體環境對比雲南的一些度假酒店還是差了一截，如酒店花園設施，花園面積，景色等。但是畢竟這是在岳陽。知足！
【玩】：水：酒店有3個泳池，室內一個，室外兩個。室外第一個是和泳池房連在一起的，深一點，另一個是小童樂園。我們下午四點去玩的，本以為很熱，其實不然。甚至不在水裡，身上打濕了在水裡甚至有點冷。帶着兩個寶寶在水上樂園玩了半小時多，由於寶寶不會在水裡麪玩，擔心着涼就離開了。哥哥尤其不想出來。其他：酒店有一個小的室內小童樂園，很小，沒啥玩的地方。弟弟不喜歡，哥哥還有點感興趣。餐廳有一個小角落，布展了KT板，有兩火烈鳥和一個游泳圈，孩子最喜歡。
吃：晚餐在酒店中餐廳，入住時訂了套餐。勝在方便，不需要出門，且酒店邊上也沒啥吃的。味道中規中矩吧，服務員發現寶寶餓了，請廚房給我們安排了一份麪條🍜很貼心。餐廳環境很好。早餐也是酒店自助，中規中矩，孩子吃了一些。對比其他五星酒店還是差了一截，但是畢竟在岳陽，已經不錯了。

每次到岳陽都是的鉑爾曼，房間大，設施比較新，酒店有三個泳池，一個室內兩個户外池開放，有個小童戲水池，小朋友玩的特別開心

前台服務很熱情。入住之後，發現房間地上很臟，明顯的污漬，打電話聯繫後，服務進來説就是這樣的地板，真是呵呵了。兩張床可以拼在一起。有浴缸卻沒有浴缸袋。小童活動室很小，適合嬰童玩一下，但是衞生條件不太好。用餐上，早餐還算豐富，米粉味道不錯。正餐上預約了才能進的吧，好像是自助餐，小孩到處溜達的時候被攔住，問是否預約，然後就讓走了，這個服務真的是。離熊貓苑開車15分鐘，去岳陽樓叫車也方便。房間價格綁定了2張成人熊貓苑的價格。有游泳池選擇住的這裏，結果沒有去遊，小孩看了一眼場地太小了。
