빈관의 내부시설은 넓고 좋습니다. 엘리베이터도 있어 4층까지도 쉽게 올라갈 수 있습니다. 버스 정류소 근처라 교통도 좋습니다. 다만 실내금연을 하지 않아 담배의 절은 냄새가 납니다. 청소도 깨끗하게 했던데 아쉽습니다.

國慶也沒有漲價，真是住得太舒服了，今年裝修的客房沒有絲毫異味，而且沒有完全臨街，睡得很香，不吵鬧。每次從高鐵站出來就十多分鐘可以抵達，交通也便利，簡直是寶藏小店了。

岳陽火車站出來，右轉到馬路對面的公交站牌坐49路或27路公交車，8站就到義烏小商品城站，100米就到賓館，賓館是老闆家自己的房子，所以定價很便宜，重新裝修了環境也不錯，老闆服務態度很好很熱情，59塊定的豪華單人間，房間挺大，有一扇朝陽的窗户，衞生也挺乾淨，有wife，有獨衞，有空調，還有晾衣架，床單被罩是換過的，毛巾浴巾也很乾凈，還有更便宜一點的舒適單人間，房型差不多就是在背面窗户不朝陽，這個價格這條件真心相當不錯了。
