該酒店所處位置不錯，在南湖邊的一個城中村緊挨着湖北大道邊上一個小巷子口，巷口的馬路道沿上可以停放車輛。酒店老闆應該是一個文藝青年，酒店走廊裏、客房裡都有手繪的水墨丹青或油彩畫，很是用心。穿過小巷幾百米便可以到達南湖風景區，傍晚或晨起是一個很好的散步鍛鍊身體的好地方。
