優點：位置好，周圍很多吃飯的店子、奶茶店，離南湖很近可以去散步。打車去景點也都近。房間設施很新，衞生打掃的乾淨，小米電視，電吹風也是品牌的。
缺點：門口的車道很窄，非常難開車，剛到停車場就告知位置滿了。酒店門臉很小，電梯也比較小。走廊上的聲音，樓上走路聲都聽得一清二楚，晚上有從門縫塞小卡片的。衞生間一個掛鈎架子之類的都沒有，沒法掛衣服和毛巾浴球那些，建議酒店改進一下。
