酒店環境優雅温馨房間較大，衞生整潔工作人員服務熱情幫忙拿行李給小寶寶送的拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏，還有小零食非常棒，酒店服務意識很強，是一個性價比很高的酒店，物美價廉，值得推薦

房間很好，工作人員都很熱情，很貼心！我這個囉嗦的小姐姐一直改到達時間，她們也沒一點兒不耐煩。吃早餐的時候，工作人員認真傾聽了我對於房間的小意見，第一時間就做出調整反饋。這是一趟非常美好的旅程入住體驗。祝福岳陽，祝福湖南省旅遊發展大會勝利圓滿召開！

設施不行，馬桶不上水，淋雨間下水慢。
環境不行，出在十字路口，很吵，對面有小學白天廣播📢一直響，晚上樓下幾波廣場舞大媽搞“競賽”路邊三輪車攤各種煎炸，免費聞長沙臭豆腐。
服務不行，外出回來晚點不停催促續房，會員價價格比某攜程高10%，還把電腦，包包，衣物等行李直接搬到前台。前台態度太差了。
以後再也不去了

一家四口自駕，岳陽停留，特意選了這個獨立品牌感受下……酒店很具設計感，辦理入住前台人員很周到，還幫忙送上房間，給我們兩間房都安排了靠近小區一側，安靜些……房間面積不算大，空間設計佈置合理舒適，就是如果出現兩個大行李箱，就需要安排下位置，酒店整體都很乾凈，所以我使用了他的免費洗衣服務，畢竟自駕出來幾天了，每天很匆忙，洗的衣服第二天上午很早就送過來了，早餐沒有時間去用，也不餓，所以不予評價……酒店樓下有超市，周邊有住宅區，所以餐飲很多選擇……床品也很舒服，晚上沒開空調，開着窗睡的，因為大雨降了點温，安睡的一晚，早上醒了以後，好像聽到學校的廣播，好親切……綜合下來，再結合我們付款的價格，這家酒店簡直超高性價比，強烈推薦，地下停車，離開時錄入車牌即可，有一個共享的充電樁

設施：設施比較完善 房間少許智能化 點外賣也有機器人幫忙到 房間投屏效果不錯 下面健身房物品也齊全 可以試試
衞生：整體還算乾淨 床品衞生我是比較注重的 沒什大問題
環境：門口有停車場 不過酒店一般會推薦停在地下停車場 也比較安全 對面有一個小型商場 可以逛逛 吃飯也比較方便
服務：性價比總體服務出色 來了就倒茶 還有人送上樓 行李都有人幫忙 熱心周到
