前台服務態度非常差，定的是價格高的標準間但是前台一而再再而三的説是特價房，請問那價格高的標間是特價房那酒店正常房間是不在平台上下單嗎？前台説：那就給我們住吧，顧客付錢了還需要前台施捨才能入住？業務不熟悉就多進行員工培訓。已經多次入住，房間空調製熱效果特別差已經沒多計較，但這次前台的服務讓整個入住體驗更加糟糕！必須差評！
