女老闆服務熱情，設施也可以近，早餐也能説過去，衹是附近飯店太少，走三裏地吃飯，價格高的離譜，特別是那個開沙縣小吃的飯店飯菜太差，價錢太貴，服務態度也不好。

民宿是家庭經營的很淳樸，晚上十點到的大嫂一直在等着，還提前把空調開開，屋子裡涼絲絲的。早上起床我和兒子兩個人吃飯，大嫂準備了六七碟醃菜，一份燒麥，一份蒸餃和一份小饅頭，煮的大米粥，我們根本吃不完，大姐直接拿打包袋説吃不完帶上山，糯米抗餓👍🏻。大哥把我們送上上山（良心價），還給我們説攻略路線。下山是十一點四十，我想着到市區再吃飯，大哥一聽我們不吃飯要走，就説要送我們，免費送!!路上大哥還説你們吃點什麼東西，別餓着孩子，要不把你們送到市場裏，那裡吃飯的地方多，離火車站可近打車也就十塊錢以內。然後大哥還專門把電話留給我説有事兒給他打電話!!真的體會到了賓至如歸!!!有機會再來的話一定還住這。

環境不錯，乾淨整潔，老闆娘很可愛，老闆也很好，靈峯夜景打不到車回民宿老闆來接，價格便宜，老闆還教我們怎麼玩省時省力

老闆熱情，服務好，早餐豐富，吃不完的乾貨老闆讓打包帶上山吃，果然用上了。就是窗户是老式的不密封，有好多衹螞蟻爬進來，不要選床靠窗的。晚上冷清，七點半幾家飯店就都打烊了。就在靈巖景區旁邊，想一早玩方洞靈巖的可住，早上可早點進景區，靈巖景區坐小巴到山頂方洞門口，方洞到靈巖不坐下喝咖啡走走拍拍得兩小時，可湊上觀看靈巖十點的表演

民宿定位準確，很好找，提前跟店家聯繫説要過來，老闆娘提前在路邊等我們。
房間打掃得很乾凈，早餐是海鮮麪，好吃，配料足。可以寄存行李。
民宿位置離靈巖景點很近，遊玩選擇方洞進靈巖出，出來拿上行李就去火車站，剛剛好。老闆附贈了免費送站，贊。
